Brilliant hotel, absolutely recommend it.
Sadly, the SPA area was under refurbishment during our stay but they did offer an alternative (which we ended up not using as ran out of time), and the Horisont bar was closed due to a DJ event for both Friday and Saturday night with a 35 EUR ticket, which was disappointing.
Breakfast is amazing, staff is so friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, great size, impressive shower and bath.
I think it is my new favorite hotel! Just check for DJ events before you book.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping were great too, they were hot on cleaning our room when we left and were done when we returned.
Would love to stay again.

My room was located on the upper floors like requested and came with a great view. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to stay here again. Also I’m very pleased with the whole super kind and helpful staff. Especially for the excellent restaurant recommendations. The buffet breakfast was excellent, although I do prefer breakfast a la carte.
The only thing missing was a piano in the lobby.

Very nice hotel with good staff. We got a guided breakfast tour the first morning, and breakfast itself was very good with a lot of options.
The room was comfy with one of the nicer views I've had from a hotel room, at least in the evening.
The spa was okay but still a big plus, the regular sauna was good but the steam sauna was to cold for my opinion.

The hotel is at a nice location, quite quick access from airport. The views from higher floors were stunning. What can be improved is when they check in guests they can give heada up that the rooms are not ready before 15:00 o’clock, as well as they can check the air conditioning more regularly. For example there was a particular room where it wasn’t working so it was quite cold, and the alternative to it was to provide me with small radiator - which simply wasn’t enough for the sq.m. Of the room.
Despite all above the staff is well mannered and quick to react and support. The Spa is small for the size of the hotel.

This used to be best in town, 15 years ago. I’ve stayed here a number of times and since covid it’s gone downhill.
The staff is absolutely not engaged and they seem bothered even from checking one in. Some of the breakfast staff was nice though, therefore 2 stars.
The beds used to be comfy, now they’re just hard as rocks and desperately need to be updated.
Breakfast is average with a super slow omelette service.

Beautiful hotel. Public underground parking. The top floor bar and restaurant were amazing, I went daily. Also a hidden cigar lounge. The host and bartenders were a great time. Shout out to the new guy. Went daily breakfast at the quarter where the lovely Nigerian lady was great conversation and honestly the best part of my experience. My only complaint was the room light switches. There was not a dim setting, either all or nothing, and at first my reading lights were broken but they quickly fixed them.

Awesome hotel for any special occasion/business usage.
We had anniversary here and the reception offered a special cake and some message card.
Sauna/gym are well maintained.
I highly recommend this hotel for all the visitors.

The hotel is ideally located, offering a breathtaking view from the rooms. I highly recommend requesting a room on the highest floor available to fully enjoy the panoramic view of the city and the sea.
The overall experience was excellent. I made daily use of the well-equipped gym, which boasts a wide range of equipment, and the spa facilities. The sauna, steam bath, and the impressive pool on the 11th floor are simply astonishing.
Try the restaurant at the top floor.

Had an excellent stay here. The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The room was great with excellent views and breakfast is very good. The location is fine, a 15-minute walk to the ferry terminal and 10 minutes to the old town.
