Good place but warm

Good hotel especially for families with children. The water park was really good, many activities for children of different ages. Convenient to go by car. about 10min from the port.

A super lovely place and good services. I don't really like the hustle and bustle of the city center and there was plenty of choice for breakfast and great food in the restaurant in the evening.

31 euros for 18+ spa was too much considering extremely unfriendly lady staff at the desk, very small options for sauna, small shower and kinda overall small facilities. Sauna rituals are interesting though. Had a way better experience in Ring spa.

Terrible Buffet Breakfast - Avoid at All Costs!
The breakfast was the cheapest, most disappointing buffet I’ve ever encountered. Cold, white bread with no toaster available to make it even remotely appetizing. The selection was extremely limited—no bacon, no quality ingredients. It felt like they cut every possible corner. Overall, a complete waste of money. I will never return! 👎🏽

Great Hotel and Spa, But Disappointing Breakfast
Hotellin majoituskokemus oli pääosin positiivinen, mutta aamupala jätti paljon toivomisen varaa. Itse hotelli oli siisti ja huone mukava, tarjoten rauhallisen ympäristön levätä. Kylpylä oli myös erinomainen lisä, tarjoten mahdollisuuden rentoutua ja nauttia olosta.
Valitettavasti aamupala oli pettymys. Ruoat olivat selvästi valmistettu halvoista raaka-aineista, ja toteutus oli ala-arvoinen. Valikoima oli heikko ja maku yksinkertaisesti huono, mikä ei vastannut hotellin muuten korkeaa tasoa. Tämä jätti aamun aloituksen hieman vaisuksi ja vaikutti kokonaiskokemukseen negatiivisesti.
Jos aamupalaan kiinnitettäisiin enemmän huomiota, kokonaisuus olisi huomattavasti parempi. Aamupalan vuoksi en edes harkinnut kokeilla hotellin ravintolan palveluita muina aikoina

Unfortunately, the breakfast fell far short of expectations. The food was clearly made from cheap ingredients, and the preparation was subpar. The selection was poor, and the taste was simply bad, which didn’t align with the otherwise high standard of the hotel. It made for a lackluster start to the day and negatively impacted the overall experience.
With more attention to the quality of the breakfast, the experience would have been significantly better.

This review is only about 18+ spa. The entrance is in a different area than the normal spa, in fact it’s the same place where there is a cinema, so the vibes were not very cosy. The lady selling the entry was cold and a bit rude - not great.
The spa itself is just OK and not better than other similar spas in Tallinn. The higher price (31€) is justified with included towels, bath robe, flavoured water&fruits, and sauna rituals. However I still didn’t find it worth the high price.
Do not recommend.

I really enjoyed the facilities at the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. The reception and breakfast room were well decorated and welcoming. The stand out is the swimming pool, spa and Waterpark. All were of a very high standard and well maintained. The ritual saunas were excellent, with the Sauna. The only small criticism was the breakfast food, but I could always find something. We ate at the Black Rose pub and again the service and the food were good. There was a confusion over the check out day and Kristian and Alina were really helpful in resolving a mistake we made. I would recommend this hotel highly.

We had booked a night at the hotel 1,5 months before visiting time, wanted a peaceful and relaxed night after a 6000km roadtrip. We had a giftcard for the +18 spa, and by the e-mail exchange with the hotel everything was in order. We got our bracelets etc when we arrived. We then went to the swimming area and wanted to go to the +18 area but the bracelets did not work. We were confused and we had to go to the reception in our swimming suits. The lady said "i do nothing, i dont see your +18 gift card". So we had to go up to our hotel room wet and pick our Phones which we then had to take with us to the swimming place. The lady grabbed our Phones and her collegue also came there. It was obvious it was her fault. She then said "now you go". We didnt quite catch up was it fixed or not because of the shout so we had to ask is it okay now can we go to the +18 are now? - Go.
Not even a regret of the inconvinience, or a i am sorry/we are truly sorry for the troubles. No, we got "Now you go".
If this is the level of proffessionalism, attitude and customer service, we will not recommend. We understand that ict-skills, using computers may be difficult for elderly persons but come on.
And when we told about this when we were about to leave (to the same person) she started to accuse her collegue... Incredible. She is the face of the company and takes the blaim and apologizes for the whole company and not accuse anyone else. And even now, not any apologize for the mess-up.
