Standard rooms are average, but the rest of the restore is awesome. Amazing vibe. Great bar and leisure areas. Lots to do. A resort in Egypt that has an app that works! One to remember for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was of any trouble. The food, room we're exceptional. The whole holiday was memorable after eighteen holidays in Egypt over fourteen years this has gone top of the list. Looking forward to our next visit to a super friendly resort. The hotel is very beautiful and the service is amazing. The staff is very helpful and the security personal gives a feeling of a safe place. I have a very nice time here. I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times felt very good . Food was great and staff very friendly. I would definitely consider coming again. The only inconvenient was that we have stayed just 1 week . I have seen a new gym this year and they constantly make improvements. I recommend this place.

It was a nice stay, everything was perfect the room the food the show. The stuff were friendly and the reception was welcoming and they even upgraded our room to sea and pool view for our anniversary. The only remark about the stay was that the sea one day was full of seaweed, but the next day, it was all cleaned up.

The villa was amazing, clean and food was fine. But I have one concern that the stuff needs to be more friendly because the seemed to be stressed or not feeling happy working there. But I cannot say that they were rude. It's an HR responsibility. As a guest it's a shame on hr to let me feel that these people are depressed.

Rented a villa with the family, was very clean and equipped. It had a pool, it has very nice views of the lagoons and sea. Would definitely consider staying there again.

If you have given up on Egypt give this place a try it's got all the positives with none of the hassle or stomach upset. The rooms are spacious and modern, the food is great and the staff attentive. A large hotel that manages to make you feel welcome.

Spent our 2nd holiday here this week all the staff are amazing.Animation team are superb they know when to include you and when not to. Special shout outs to Bob, Alberto, Marrieanna and Bogy from animation, Mahmoud the pool waiter, Abdelsheffy our waiter who all went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

Great hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy food was good with a lot of variety. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team was great as well. We definitely come back.

The hotel is very welcoming, they treat you very nicely. They make sure to take care of you and entertain you with their entertainment team doing many activities like belly dancing, yoga and water sports. They have a wide selection of food from a range of different cultures. They food here is very nice and they serve food a lot of the time so you very rarely go hungry.

The room I was in was very spacious, with a great balcony, the best I’ve seen so far. The hotel was just great, the atmosphere was just right. Staff were genuinely happy to help and happy you were there… From the moment I came in the lobby, I was definitely sure I have made the right choice.

Great experience overall, i can only recommend. Especially I would like to mention unique design and out of the box concept of hotel. Location was really nice and all pools and beaches were nice and clean. One issue I had was how early everything closed, pool closes at 5 beach at 7. It is still day?
