We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive. They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around. Highly recommended!

Very nice place for family and kids, with well-organized dining buffet and the swimming pools are very clean and organized...you need no worries about food...the thing that I did not like is the room service ... sheets were not changed until I asked... nor the water bottles ... trash basket was not empty if I did not put it out... little things but it does matter ... though I liked being there and...

The food is good. I love it. I have friendly staff. The worst thing is rip-off taxi fare. It costs 2-3 dollars for Uber to the airport, but hotel taxi costs 12 dollars. But it costs 20 dollars in the morning. "Respect"... Is this Egypt???

We are very pleased with the hotel itself and the conditions on site. Very nice and helpful service - fantastic animation team (seven - ue ue). The room we got was freshly renovated, huge, with a kitchenette and a huge bathroom. Great view of the sea, marina and city. Close to everything - 3 minutes walk to the mosque, 5 to the fish market, 10 to the center. Food ok - but nothing special - different...

The hotels management and services are friendly. The beach and the aqua park were the best places to stay at . The life guards and the animation team are very energetic and helpful. And somewhere funny and happy

It was nice to stay in that place and the beach is very beautiful it got a nice view and the animation team is very nice all of them are great entertainers mo and deba and mido and husien but the service is the worst and there re some bar man on the beach they call him x he is so rude and he is fighting with everyone he is dangerous person but everything else is very good

Our family really enjoyed the Asian food at Chop Sticks. The manager there is super friendly, and the Chicken Tandoori made by Chef Alaa is absolutely delicious. If you're out on sunny days , you definitely have to visit Chop Sticks!

To start with, the hall entrance looked really luxurious, shiny and clean. When we saw our room we were surprised how big and cosy it was. Unfortunately the bathroom was not that spacious and it was not cleaned properly. It was hard to shower inside. The food was delicious and various. Really great place, congrats to all involved! Big resort, a lot of space, spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness of rooms and facilites. Beach je perfect and sea is warm and clean. Food can be a bit monotonous but with a la cart restaurants as option, I think food should not be a big deal overall. Many thanks to all of the staff, they were very helpful. Big recommendation!
