Overall, maybe expanding the food options and modernising it will make it an actual 5 star hotel by the world’s standard, nonetheless this was a great experience and thank you to the staff for keeping the hotel great!🇪🇬🏨

From the moment we arrived at Hilton Hurghada Plaza, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless

Whether it was the housekeeping team ensuring our room was spotless every day or the restaurant staff remembering our favorite drinks, their attention to Now, let’s talk about the food! The quality and variety of the meals were outstanding

The breakfast buffet had an incredible selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order dishes. For lunch and dinner, the à la carte options were delicious, with a mix of international and local Egyptian cuisine

I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed!! From the start to finish ALL the staff were so polite and could never do enough for you! The hotel was very clean with great food / drink choices

The change of cuisine each day stopped the buffet getting monotonous especially with the freshly prepared counter. The outside area (pools and gardens) were clean and immaculate. Same for the beach bar / grill

It is 3 star hotel but I really rate it 4 stars because of the good hospitality of its staff, nice location, and it's direct access to the beach at a sister resort 5 minutes walking

There was also nice night shows at the pool area which made the evenings great. It is located in the heart of the city where you can have all type of shopping and souvenirs. At the end it is good value for money

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel experience! 🎉The room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable and soft. The service is also very thoughtful, making me feel at home

The service attitude of the whole hotel is very 👎, especially the waiters at the front desk and Italian restaurant, who acted as if they didn't hear what I said, and the staff in charge of luggage and lobby reception were very nice

Excellent service, clean, family friendly with entertainment team to provide evening activities. Day Trips can be booked from the team within the hotel. Amenities plentiful, rooms clean, light and airy

The hotel is located on the edge of the city, not far from the city of Hurghada. The facilities are a bit old, the environment is OK, the all-inclusive meals are not very good, and the soft drinks are diluted with water

The service from all of the staff is amazing, a special mention to the reception staff & management as they upgraded us free of charge for the last few nights of our stay to a 5 star luxury hotel!!! Absolutely speechless, best service ever

This man does his job with great care !!The resort itself also impresses with its cleanliness - everywhere, from the pools to the restaurants, This is a very important aspect that immediately sets this hotel apart from others

!! (Adagio pizzeria was the best because of the people of there they make you day better) All the staff at Meraki Resort are very polite and helpful, making it a pleasure to stay there. We will definitely return here !

I have been with my sister at this hotel from 22. Everything was fabulous, staff was very kind and food was amazing. They gave us really good room with view on the sea

Their food was terrible – they served old food and repeated the same dishes over and over again

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the food choice was different every night. We even had huge fish and dined outside. The pool was clean and the beach was the same and only a short walk a few hundred yards

this was a great hotel with amazing entertainment each night and throughout the day, the staff were lovely (especially Sasko in entertainment) there wasn’t a lot for small kids but for swimming and the view it was lovely

And especially want to mention two guys from staff with names Mr. Ahmed Abass who were taking care of us the whole time and they make our stay even better with their kindness and hospitality

By room: there is a hair dryer, a closet with hangers, towels, but no iron, if anyone needs it. In general, I recommend for booking

The room is a bit old, but the beach and swimming pool are nice. It is worth mentioning that the hotel staff are very warm and friendly, and there is no tipping.

The room was very old, and the shower didn't work optimally. However, the hotel staff was friendly, which was a plus. The food was terrible and monotonous; we had almost the same thing every day, and it was tasteless

I spent most of my time on the beach as I knew from day one the hospitality I was set to receive. The staff despite the attitude of some holiday makers was always 10000% pleasant

We really enjoyed the holiday alot rooms ate well cleaned and nice the people are welcoming and the pool are nice the weather is super good the evening show is nice but my best part is yara and martin from Guinea is the best the keep everyone happy

We chose this hotel on amazing offer and wasn't disappointed! What I'm personally looking for in a trip is a great food, place to sleep and activities and clean pool area which this hotel definitely achieved while we were here

I didnt even have time to swim because there was a lot of activities syretching, aquaaerobics, zumba and many many more. And Neno kid animator is amazing. Was with my small dauther every day

It is now called tui sensimar makardi gardens. The hotel was perfect. The buffet restaurant was the best I have ever been to and everything was as clean as could be.

You can supplement the entertainment program with excursions. Guides and instructors speak excellent Russian, all polite nice people. Prices are reasonable and there are even exclusive tours like Cairo without shops

The rooms are not new and will not interfere with the repair and replacement of furniture. Since the furniture creaks, and mold can be found in the bathroom. Just do not please and interruptions in hot water

Excursions were organized by a private tour company 1oneguide, type the name into any search engine and you will immediately find their website. Another big plus is that you don't have to pay up front

Although it is better to purchase a local SIM card with the Internet. The hotel has shops for clothes, souvenirs and oils. But their employees are overly intrusive and clingy

The beach is within walking distance from the rooms, which is also important! There is animation on the beach, but it is unobtrusive and does not interfere with rest

In general, the hotel and its territory are very beautiful and cozy. And quite a lot of well-groomed greenery. The hotel has internet but very weak but free

We can see the red sea from our room (from a distance, but still). There is a great burger place just in the corner which is a great place if you get hungry at night

The hotel also offers day trips to safari and scuba diving etc. The triple-bed room is big and comfy. Just nice for a night's (or two) stay

Plus I had to change my room twice since there was a problem with each room, until I ended up with a room with now shower, but they had no more rooms available and i had to deal with it, it was the best solution

It's nice but I won't go there again. Also they said I would get a sea view room, but this is what I got (check the pic)

Bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are suitable every day in the room. Flat tv, refrigirator and clima are in the room. I couldn't be able to start the clima machine for heating but there is a good machine

Hotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel

If you will go to early tour hotel prepare your breakfast for free and if your tour return late hotel prepare and serve your dinner late. Just tell the reception you will go early and returning late

Taking pitza or something from outside is a problem. Also alcohol is not permitted in this hotel as mostly in Egypt. I think hotel needs more customer needs and pleasures based; not rules based

They need to have a fair price for early checkin and late checkout. Tour desk in the hotel is very helpful and fair price. If you have any problem find Mr. Your problem will be solved faster
