On the last day when we had to return home, we had an issue with the transfer company but the staff from the resort sorted everything for us, we had no worry at all, we were offered drinks instead while waiting and they spoke with the company

It’s a really good place, food was good, has a lot of options and every day changes the options. Has really good atmosphere is really family friendly. It’s a little far from the airport

The resort's dining options were impressive, with a variety of restaurants offering delicious cuisine from around the world. The staff at [Resort Name] were incredibly friendly and helpful

We spent our days lounging by the pool, sipping on refreshing cocktails, and soaking up the sun. The resort's water sports activities were also a highlight, offering opportunities for snorkeling, diving, and kayaking

They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Whether it was arranging a romantic dinner on the beach or recommending local attractions, they were always there to assist us

The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable, offering spacious rooms with modern amenities. The housekeeping staff was attentive and ensured our room was always immaculate

The hotel is not new, the rooms are quite tired. The room was clean and had everything you need. I would like to separately note the free mini bar. Very helpful staff, they try to help with everything

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

Because I went there in winter, there were only foreigners sunbathing by the pool. It was also beautiful at night

I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden

The hotel is very large, the swimming pool is also very large, the landscape has the sea leading into the hotel and the swimming pool, the environment is super good, and there are many facilities to play

I don't know if it's because of this season, there are so many mosquitoes in the hotel! Especially if you have travel plans in the near future, you must bring mosquito repellent items! Of course, you can also ask housekeeping to provide mosquito repellent

Before booking, I saw some reviews about the hotel's discriminatory treatment and was quite worried, but after checking in, I felt that it was beyond my expectations. At first, the air conditioner in the room was broken

Maybe because of the season, there are not many people in the hotel recently, which makes the whole environment more peaceful and comfortable. We stayed here for three nights, and each night had a different experience

Staff is very kind, polite, friendship and try to make your vacation comfortable all the time. Our room was big, quiet and cosy, but sometimes there was unpleasant smell in bathroom (toilet) (not because of us :))

Swimming pool is huge, includes a small area for kids, and guests have access to the aqua park in The V hotel (side by side to Pyramisa) The sand beach is very good, and the open water is extremely amazing

Ahmed Is the Best Bartender in Egypt! It is was an amazing stay at Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh beach resort and one of the absolute highlights was Ahmed at the pool bar

The restaurant isn't as clean as it should be for a 5-star hotel; birds are flying around indoors. There is no angle in the bathtub, so the water stays in the cabin and also on the bathroom floor

The resort is great, has a heated pool, jacuzzi on a private page. The only problem is the food, the buffet is not great. the staff is great

The room was very clean, thanks to Reda from the cleaning service. The majority of the workers are kind, especially Alaa, who works mostly by the pool. The food is really great, with a lot of different meals

I booked through a third-party agent, whose policy states that guests up to 17 years old are considered children. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that anyone over the age of 12 is classified as an adult

What made the experience particularly disappointing was the manager’s unprofessional behaviour. He refused to speak directly with me or other women in my family, insisting instead on addressing a male relative

While the facilities had potential, the check-in experience and management’s handling of the situation overshadowed our stay. Based on this, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning

Instead, I was asked to pay an additional $900 USD to “upgrade” my 15-year-old niece. After lengthy discussions, including with the manager, we were pressured into paying $450 USD

While I understand that policies may vary, this is clearly an issue that should be resolved between the hotel and booking agent, rather than placing the burden on guests

It is unfortunate because the hotel itself does cater well to children, and most of the staff we encountered outside of check-in were polite and helpful

The “All-Inclusive” That Isn’t Quite All-Inclusive The hotel advertises six restaurants, but the all-inclusive package only grants access to three—and even that comes with strict limitations

The upselling is relentless, from premium wines to certain dishes, turning what should be a relaxing meal into a sales pitch. Oh, and if you were hoping for fresh juice with breakfast? Extra charge

Even the cleaning staff were so lovely, keeping us topped up with water/towels whenever asked for extras

Also could do with having more toilets near Gusto and Botanica. You have to go round into the lobby bar or to the toilets on the other side of the water slides, and there are queues quite often

We never wanted for anything, we were looked after continuously and were always laughing when the entertainment team came around. There is constant activities and always someone encouraging to get you involved

The staff are amazing! Especially Kanka, nice to see a friendly face everyday! He is very funny and very kind! He made our holiday very enjoyable, along with all the other staff! We will visit again definitely, food and entertainment also very good! Great weather also this time of year

Not far from amenities, beach is fabulous. All staff amazing from Bell boys reception staff, bar staff waiters. The clinic was really efficient I had to use them this year really good Dr and nurse,

It's rare to see all-inclusive restaurants for East Asians. There are many swimming pools, but the beach is not big and the beach chairs are all full. The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good

The hotel is small, the beach is average, the food is all white food, the restaurant we booked is a Spanish restaurant which is also average. There is a very small area for children to play, but it requires a fee

The room we got was freshly renovated, huge, with a kitchenette and a huge bathroom. Great view of the sea, marina and city. Close to everything - 3 minutes walk to the mosque, 5 to the fish market, 10 to the center

The hotels management and services are friendly. The beach and the aqua park were the best places to stay at . The life guards and the animation team are very energetic and helpful. And somewhere funny and happy

Food ok - but nothing special - different cuisine every day. Beach and small reef right by the hotel. However, the hotel itself is under renovation - the third part is out of use, some rooms before renovation

90% of tourists are from Russia - it did not bother us - I met a lot of people from different countries (UK, Holland, Poland, Egypt, Finland, Hungary), interesting conversations

I think it is the best beach in hurgada. the furniture and buildings seems old ,the pool and aqua is small ,the variety of food is poor and the dessert is awful. the towels were torn and dirty

The water slides were fantastic, even though my sister and I only went on one of them. I gave it 3 stars because there was only 1 heated pool. It wasn't even the private pool where we were staying near the bungalows

Ordinary food quality, some food is not good at all. Good views, acceptable aqua park. It is quite crowded especially on weekends. But at least it is worth what you paid for

We have stayed at the Swiss Inn Hurgada on many occasions, yes, there is some improvement work going on, but for the better future of the hotel. If there is nothing you like about the food, there must be something wrong

We have always found something, if not in the buffet restaurant, there are several choices with the al-a-cart restaurants. Just because it doesn't suit you, does not mean there is no choices

Their service was outstanding, and the care and attentiveness they showed made every meal a special and enjoyable experience. A big compliment also goes to the entire animation team

Good from the outside , bad from the inside Hotel looks beautiful, nice pool and beach , but room is not clean (floor has many dirt , breakfast is not good , the restaurant table is not clean , and the spoon , fork and cup _ check them before you use )

Lovely hotel plenty of activities. Location not great you need a taxi ride back to hurgharda. Food plenty of choice. Staff very helpful.

But this time I just wanted to lay back and relax and the AMC Royal was the perfect place to do this

Very hot here in July- 40°c some days. Slides on site and entertainment day and night. Rooms cleaned every morning to a very high standard. Great selection of food, and very tasty

As i mentioned before , the pools need to be more clean There is no animation

There is a fair open in the evening for younger children, a euro a ride. The evening entertainment was good, and during the day, the animation team provided a lot of activities to do and were very friendly

This resort is a great value for money, clean,top level service, rocky beach and great test of food.

Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools

Also after we checked out we had ordered a taxi for us (not with the hotel) and he was waiting outside by the front gate. I have provided the car registration on reception so they can let the driver in, but they didnt
