What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

The sea tides were high at daylight, so you need to walk 200 meters or more to get of the shallow water. Lastly, we had a great time and we could think to visit the hotel again

For instance, dinner ended abruptly at 8:30 PM, but the popcorn, doughnut, and candyfloss stalls at the theme park (especially appealing to kids) shut down only half an hour later at 9 PM

During our family trip to Jungle Aqua Park, we were thrilled by the idea of staying in a resort that promised fun, relaxation, and plenty of activities with its all-inclusive offerings

Sadly, while there were some bright spots, much of our experience left us feeling frustrated, and at times, even scammed by the way things were structured

Everything is good. When you stay, you need to tell the front desk that you need to eat at the seaside restaurant, otherwise you can't get in without a purple wristband! The food there is the best!

It's a hotel for family with kids, the beach is with sand and the water is clear and no stones. The rooms are clean, but with modest furniture, the service will come daily to clean the room and bring the bottle of water

The pool is very cold when it comes to October they say it’s heated but it’s definitely not. Entertainment was made up of getting the audience to do stuff and was very low budget

They have 2 main restaurants (1 near to reception and the other one on the beach), and 3 restaurants a la carte (Arabian, Italian and French) and 1 Mexican and 1 Sea food (for those 2 you should pay)

The entientertainment team is really good, they have activities starting with 10 in the morning until 10 in the night

It appears that hotel management try to do things on a shoe string budget so with the entertainment and food it is very poor which is ashame as the hotel is amazing apart from that

We stayed 9 nights at the Palm Royale Resort following a recommendation from friends. We all had a very relaxed holiday. We booked two trips; one snorkeling which was amazing. We saw so money different fish

Form the first step on the hotel you can obviously see the elegance around you and every thing is clean as you wish. I booked a garden view room and I get a club room as you can see in photos

Late check out was available on the day so keeping our room until we left was so helpful. If your looking for a relaxed break, it's a perfect place to go in a more quiet part of Egypt

The second was a speed boat to look for dolphins. And we saw between 20-30 dolphins numerous times and was even able to jump in and snorkel with them under our feet at one point

Our best meal was in El Tannour. We rolled out after some delicious food. Was well looked after by Mohamed Yousef. The entertainment team were all lovely and great to talk to

a bit quite on the entertainment side, unless you went to the beach!. Which was rather noisy! Plenty of fresh towels for the pool. Comfy beds around the pool, sometimes the music was very loud

They took the time to explain all the hotel amenities and even offered personalized recommendations for activities and dining options. Their professionalism and friendliness set the tone for an amazing stay

The change of cuisine each day stopped the buffet getting monotonous especially with the freshly prepared counter. The outside area (pools and gardens) were clean and immaculate. Same for the beach bar / grill
