Reviews
The hotel delivered what it promised, especially considering the fair price. The areas by the pool and beach are great, with plenty of sun loungers (some already in need of replacement). Everything was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and varied entertainment every day. Internet is only available in common areas (reception, restaurant, and beach), but that didn’t affect our experience.
The animation team is fantastic! Super fun, attentive, and always inviting us to join games, zumba, dancing, or just to enjoy a nice chat on the beach.
The beach bar staff and lifeguards also deserve compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness.

Highlights:

Reasonably clean rooms (though a bit outdated)
Great location, close to the airport and Hurghada city center
Many activities throughout the day, ideal for families and kids
On-site shops with everything you need
Things that could be improved:
The beer wasn’t very cold and not of good quality
Very small cups for beer, which made the experience unpleasant
The pool was too cold
The restaurant staff seemed to rush guests to free up tables, even outside of peak season
Even so, we had a wonderful experience and we plan to return.
I recommend it for families, couples, and friends.

Another concern was the hairdryer. As soon as I turned it on, I could see the heating coil inside glowing red almost instantly, which made it feel unsafe to use. I wouldn't recommend using it for more than 10 minutes at a time.
In terms of dining, I’d suggest the restaurant switch to using proper tomato ketchup and chocolate sauce to improve the overall experience. Also, it would be helpful if the bar staff received some basic English training, as communication was quite difficult at times.
Overall, while the service was commendable, the facilities and a few operational details could use some improvement.
The bus staff's behavior, especially the assistant driver, was extremely rude and disrespectful. There was no courtesy or fair treatment of passengers, making the journey unpleasant and uncomfortable.
Additionally, I was prevented from reclining my seat slightly because a woman sitting behind me screamed at me hysterically, even though I politely explained that most passengers on the bus do so and it's normal. She kept yelling, saying, "No, this is not normal," and that it's my right to do so, and that you can do that. I called the person responsible for the trip and respectfully asked to change my seat, but he refused, even though there was an empty seat available. Instead, he pushed my seat forward while I was sitting on it without asking for my permission, and without even talking to the woman or changing my seat.
Before reaching the hotel, about 15 minutes prior, they told me I had to change buses because another bus was going to the hotel I was staying at. Coincidentally, I sat next to a respectable American lady, but the entire bus crew laughed disrespectfully and talked among themselves, saying that we were going to bed together because we were sitting next to each other.
This experience was a huge disappointment and negatively affected my entire stay. I have two days left at the hotel, and I am looking forward to leaving. I do not recommend this hotel or its tours, and I will never return.
