Food was really good and the available restaurants was amazing.
Our friend Ozoo made us enjoy our time pretty much especially in the water polo!
But here are my first impressions (which is 50% good):
- Entrance looked really amazing! But I stayed waiting for a golf car to get our luggage and take us to the reception.
- At the reception there was a welcome drink and very welcoming people! The welcome drink was apple but had a remaining lettuce or some green plant 🤔
- We received the room very quickly. It was very clean and ordered. But the view wasn't as expected from our reception conversation.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The variety of dining options was impressive, with delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. The pools and activities provided plenty of entertainment for both adults and children.
Overall, the Sunrise Royal Makadi offers a fantastic blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting.
The staff is polite and welcoming, the food is delicious, the show for kids and the kids club! I liked the girls working with kids there.
I can also advise the a la cart restaurants, my best one is Manioku, there are different kinds of delicious food, seafood etc,
What I really appreciate are sections for adults +16, and also work of lifeguards here. And also waiters. I have been to Egypt for 14 times and this is the first time I feel the staff is doing their best. Thank you
