We have stayed for 3 Nights, I can say one of the best resorts
- Rooms are clean but old also the shower box in the room toilet is small
Rooms cleaned daily basis
- The main restaurant has great food variety
It is open for breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30
For lunch from 1:00 to 3:00
Dinner from 7:00 to 10:00
Also late dinner from 10:30 to 12:00
There is around 7 Ala carte restaurants you can reserve through reception screens also there is a web application you can use for reservation and more information for the resort
- Asian restaurant is highllly recommended, must try
- Sea food restaurant with extra charge
Animation team is exceptional and smiling all the time :)
- Beach is sandy
Also of bars exists, Splash and aqua bars avails snacks from 12:00 to 5:00 PM
- WIFI coverage is very good
- Reception team helped us to get a lunch box while check-out also offered us to have a lunch before leaving
my recommendation as follows
Most of places around the pools specially the aqua park is slippery please get a solution for this
I recommend to have a mobile application instead of the web application to be more usable or make the website responsive
Food was really good and the available restaurants was amazing.
Our friend Ozoo made us enjoy our time pretty much especially in the water polo!
But here are my first impressions (which is 50% good):
- Entrance looked really amazing! But I stayed waiting for a golf car to get our luggage and take us to the reception.
- At the reception there was a welcome drink and very welcoming people! The welcome drink was apple but had a remaining lettuce or some green plant 🤔
- We received the room very quickly. It was very clean and ordered. But the view wasn't as expected from our reception conversation.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The variety of dining options was impressive, with delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. The pools and activities provided plenty of entertainment for both adults and children.
Overall, the Sunrise Royal Makadi offers a fantastic blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting.
