Charmillion Club Aquapark

Stayed here the first week of July, its a great hotel and the staff were very friendly.

There was a mix up with our rooms by the OTA, we are a family but they booked us two separate twin rooms not beside each other, the reception staff were great and upgraded us for free to a family suite so we were all in the one room but still had separate bedrooms for the kids. Room was lovely and cleaned daily, we were right in front of the main pool so easy access was handy.

Food is your typical all inclusive fare so if you've ever eaten in one in the world you've eaten in them all sort of thing, they are also catering to UK, Arab and Eastern European guests mostly so its a varied mix, that said food was nice and there was usually something to find to eat, especially from the charcoal grill right outside the main restaurant. The 2 onsite restaurants, Indian and Italian are also very nice, especially the Italian restaurant which serves a 3 course table service meal.

Location is off the beach so to get there you catch the free hourly shuttle to the sister resort 5 mins away where you can access the beach and you can also use the pool and pool/snack bar to get lunch which is good. Soho square is about 15 mins drive as well which is good for shopping.

There is a gentleman by the front door who arranges taxies for the hotel, they are more expensive than the local Uber type app you can use but also likely safer than haggling with a local taxi driver on the street. The hotel arranged driver gives you his number as he drops you off and you Whatsapp him 20-30 mins before you wish to be picked up, used several times with no issue.

Pools and waterpark are great fun and kids will love it. Hotel was well kept, the pool and surrounding pool area is cleaned every evening and the gardeners and cleaners are constantly working throughout the day keeping the hotel rooms and grounds pristine.

Overall a lovely hotel and we had a great time.

First, I would like to thank the staff at the Charmillion Hotel; everyone was very friendly and helpful. The pool and children's play area are excellent, with a lifeguard always present. The water slides are great and very enjoyable, and the waves are fun too. The beach is beautiful and not far from the hotel, but you need to take a bus (bus schedules are available).

The food is very, very diverse, so you're bound to find something you like. The service at Palma Restaurant is excellent, and I would like to thank Mr. Salah, Mr. Hossam, Mohamed, and Mahmoud. Mustafa and Chef Ahmed from the Aqua Bar were also great.

The Italian and Indian restaurants are excellent, and you should definitely visit them at least once during your stay.

The rooms are okay, with daily housekeeping.

The safari service (Sherif Safari) managed by Mahmoud is excellent; we enjoyed spending 3 hours in the desert.

I do not recommend the spa at the hotel at all. The massage service is poor, and the steam and jacuzzi are extremely dirty. Additionally, the price is high. My advice is not to go there, as it was a failed experience.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and the services and reception are excellent. We enjoyed spending 11 days there with the kids.

It was great to stay there, food is very good but sweets need enhancement, bars are awesome and in everywhere in many sorts, stuff is fantastic warm hospitality and need to great everyone there! Rooms are very clean organized and have all what you need. Overall it was wonderful experience guys

Staff very kind but there some notes:
-the mosquito in every where in very big numbers , you can not set outside at noon .
The aquapark closed most of the day
The hotel should offer shuttle bus to the down town once aday at least.
All music in Russian languageand they should play arabic ones.

Our journey is finished and we want to thank all the staff of the Charmillion Club Aqua Park Resort. Specially our beverage service Ali, Sameh, Hassam, Milad and the others who I forgot the name, sorry for that... our room service Mahmoud who put a smile every day at my daughters face whit his towel creations, our food service staff especially I want to thank Mustafa, Ahmed, Saleh and the others... one special thank get to Doctor Ammar who was professional and kindley enough to cure my bad sun allergic.
I loved my stay at this beautiful resort, the smile on the staffs people faces, how they treat us gently.
I always say if you smile to the world the world will smile you back.

Amazing family hotel.
Great toboggan, staff are fantastic, good entertainment team. Food is ok for the price.
In my opinion it offers more for the money you pay.

I enjoyed this hotel very much, as there were many wonderful services, such as the animation team, especially Luca. We had a lot of fun and played, and he cared about everyone’s safety. The food was very delicious, the rooms were constantly clean, and the water park was very enjoyable. Thank you. I hope to see you soon.
