Unfortunately, the reception was a disaster. The reception staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed always ready for an argument. Every time we asked a question, they would tell us to go back to the reception (even though the facility is huge), and once there, they were never able to solve the problem. Even simple requests — like sending a physical mail — were met with resistance. I understand the hotel is crowded, but a little kindness and basic communication skills go a long way.
Another disappointment was the à la carte restaurants: the food quality was poor, and reservations can only be made via an app link that’s accessible only at the reception — which makes no sense. Why not provide the link in the rooms?
✅ If you’re a family looking for a fun aqua park, this place delivers.
❌ But if you value good customer service and respectful communication, this is not the hotel for you. I will not visit again.
We had someone clean our room every other day and we was provided with shampoo, shower gel , bottles of water and toilet paper every morning.
When we couldn’t understand what each other was saying Malak would use google translate so that he could understand what I was saying or for me to understand what he was saying. This has been a fantastic holiday and we will definitely be coming back here in the near future
We are currently staying at the Charmillion Aqua Park with our family, including three children, and I wanted to share an honest review of our experience so far.
First of all, the hotel is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which makes a big difference when you’re traveling with kids. The atmosphere feels very welcoming and family-oriented.
The buffet is great with a wide variety of food to choose from every day – something for everyone, including the little ones. We’ve really enjoyed the meals and the different options they offer.
Our room has been cleaned daily, and overall, the cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The water park and pool areas are well-maintained and a lot of fun for the children.
The only downside we’ve noticed is the dust in the air due to some construction or building work happening close to the hotel. It hasn’t affected our stay too much, but it’s something to be aware of.
Overall, we’re having a fantastic time here, and we would definitely recommend Charmillion Aqua Park, especially for families.
Wasn’t overly crowded and there were always sunbeds available even if you turned up later in the morning.
A good selection of aqua slides kept the kids busy and also the kids club staff were very friendly.
Food is of a decent quality and they had different cuisines each evening which was refreshing.
There’s a decent gym and spa on site too.
Overall a pleasant experience.
Great experience start to finish. Food excellent with a massive choice for any palette. Staff attentive, friendly and professional.
