Consists of a main 3-storey building and a complex 3 - storey buildings.

Beach: private sandy beach, 1 km from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. There is a Shuttle to the beach. The length of the beach – 450 m.

But one thing I don't understand, why is there no delicious coffee?
Makes good coffee that tastes good and isn't so sour. That's the most important thing of all!
The pools were heated apart from one at the back of the slides that was freezing.
The staff made amazing cocktails and even decorated them with fruit and little love hearts using orange peel.
The cash machine runs out of money fast but is refilled each day.
I would highly recommend staying here then only down fall was the entertainment was a little repetitive although the team were very friendly and always happy and worked very hard.
Well done to all staff for making our stay an enjoyable stay
Within the first 5 minutes of arriving at this hotel as a family we felt very welcome and everyone goes out their way to help. Will definitely be coming back!
The amount of dust under our beds, the rooms aren’t cleaned or sanitised properly after each use.
Staff were friendly enough. The bartender seemed moody at times.
Food was decent enough with a different cuisine each night.
Really close to the Airport, with not much around the resort.
The lifeguards were really friendly and helpful.
Animation not sufficient. A couple of animators approached us only one time in 10 days just to ask a good review (and saying us what to write in...).
Services for the room (cleaning, etc.) were very good.
As for the food it wasn't the one that you can expect by a 5 stars resort.
Also bar/waiter staff awesome and lifeguards kept our children so safe , chefs amazing. Wonderful food. Coming back next year.

Over all is good but you can have much better options in Sharm
Very big hotel, always cleaned, the rooms are cleaned always. All staff are very nice and are very helpful.
Entertainment at night time is very good.
All together, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.
