Basic, clean, decent-sized rooms with comfortable beds (twin room), staff were friendly and helpful. Aircon in room for both heating and cooling (no surcharge). WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel but we found the connection to be very poor in our 2nd floor room. Overall a good budget hotel in a great location.

The Hotel City Benidorm Olimpia is a place I recommend for its proximity to the beaches and various tourist attractions. The service is also very friendly. I would stay there again.

The photos are very different from reality. The extra beds are mattresses on a pull-out bed, and there's no refrigerator in the rooms. I simply don't think it matches what's on offer.
