We did not have a good experience of this hotel food was poor and bar staff rude and very unfriendly.
The view is wonderful but the pool area is small,no access to the pool as surrounded by by sunlongers which are hard to get of the big pile.
Not for us but other residents were happy there.

The hotel is quietly tucked away in the corner of the sea front, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean, with daily house keeping. The air conditioning in the rooms is fantastic. Shower is powerful. Sea view “balcony” is actually enclosed within the room with wide opening sliding windows. Personally I would prefer an actual balcony, but wonderful views still the same. The only thing I think the hotel could offer additionally in the rooms is a kettle/ tea-coffee maker. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful.

Generally good food choice.
You would have to be very fussy to not find something to eat.
Unfortunately clients smoke on their balconies which ruined the sitting out experience.
You can smell the smoke in the corridor.
You can't tell me housekeeping don't know this.

We could not have chosen a better hotel for us. Location is superb. 15 minutes and youre in the action and more importantly, 15 minutes and your back in the peace and quiet sipping a tea on the terrace. Stunning view from our room. Very clean, modern, good facilities, breakfast choices are many, nice pool, great terrace, super staff. A hotel for the more discerning reveller.

We had a great relaxing time in Kaktus hotel. Staffs are really kind.Pool is really good and beach is very nearby. Service was excellent and dinner was so delicious.we recommend this hotel.

Booked the hotel on the strength of reviews and I have to say on the whole it was OK. Property was nice and clean and well maintained. My fear was the food as we went half board, I have to say it wasn't the best but not the worst. Very middle of the road but I think the menu was more for the Spanish clients. That leads me to the point of being British, it was a major hurdle. If you were Spanish the staff couldn't do enough for you but being British was clearly a handicap. They did what was needed and that was it. The welcome in the restaurant in an evening was "room number" but if you were Spanish they were laughing and joking hugging the family and kids ect ect. On the whole not a bad place to stay, just don't expect a warm welcome.

Great location with fantastic view. Close enough to walk everywhere but away from the noise. Super clean and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and beds are good. Reception are really helpful nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely stay again

A really good hotel at the quieter end of the beach. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Only negative was only on from 8-10 only. Fab pool small but really clean and welcoming from the hot sun. Rooms good. Really clean but only one English channel and no kettle.
