Hotel Benikaktus

We could not have chosen a better hotel for us. Location is superb. 15 minutes and youre in the action and more importantly, 15 minutes and your back in the peace and quiet sipping a tea on the terrace. Stunning view from our room. Very clean, modern, good facilities, breakfast choices are many, nice pool, great terrace, super staff. A hotel for the more discerning reveller.

Great location with fantastic view. Close enough to walk everywhere but away from the noise. Super clean and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and beds are good. Reception are really helpful nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely stay again

A really good hotel at the quieter end of the beach. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Only negative was only on from 8-10 only. Fab pool small but really clean and welcoming from the hot sun. Rooms good. Really clean but only one English channel and no kettle.

I was a bit curious about this place , BUT, Yes a Big But , it's bloody brilliant definitely stay here Again the view is Aammaazing from the room the food had soo much to choose from and staff cud not do enough for u , we got there said the tele does nt seem to be working , within minutes they were up to the room fixed in minutes, my husband was pushing the wrong buttons apparently haha.
The bed board lit up and there was a roller blind which was electric at the side of the bed so u can block the sun out , the windows had a glass on that u cud see out but no one cud see in Aammaazing And we did,nt book the best room just a normal room ,they gave us a kettle to have tea n coffee when we need it, we went self catering but chose to have a few meals at the hotel , wow £12.00 for an all inclusive evening meal ??
Where wud get that Anywhere ?? And the drinks were so cheep too .Love love love it , i cud,nt have pick a better priced place for this hotel 😉 Enjoy x

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Benikaktus! The location is excellent, with a stunning sea view — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Benidorm. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the panoramic pool is absolutely a highlight.
The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the very start.
A special mention goes to Elísio, whose service truly stood out. Always attentive, polite, and ready to help, he made us feel completely at home.
Without a doubt, a hotel I highly recommend and hope to return to soon!

Rooms were good, cleaned every day and amazing view. Air con unit was a bit dodgey. We also had our electric blow made a massive bang was very loud. They came in to the room and turned it back on via the trip switch. Shower absolutely soaks the floor although it was powerful. Glass doors on the shower so see through. Reception staff was friendly. Pool staff not so friendly. Took a bottle of water down that I had brought from the shop to sit by the pool and was told I couldn’t drink my own water at the pool. Even though it had my medication in it so I told them I am not sitting at a pool and not drinking water all day. Overall the stay was good and we got an early check in as we’d got an earlier flight. Showers available for late check outs too.

A great hotel, family friendly..Spanish equivalent of ballroom dancing..friendly staff.
Staying at hotel lido..come here..only 1 minute walk down the road

Great amenities, decent rooms. Close to the strip for going out drinking and for meals it was definitely catered to the older crowd but had a pleasant stay.

The atmoshere in the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was very good. My room needed a makeover it was very basic. Lcation was perfect.

Another great week at the Benikakus .The man you saw as you walked in the restaurant was so nice looked after us and when my family came for a meal (sorry can't remember your name ) will be back
