Having secured such a good price for the stay I was expecting to compromise on a few things but pleasantly surprised on arrival to find nothing out of place, worn or broken.

Reception is clean bright and airy with a well stocked bar. Lifts to all floors from reception. Street level to reception accessed by a separate lift I think reception needs to give a key for.

Staff are friendly and helpful with anything you need they kindly arranged some birthday bubbles as well which is always really nice.

The only thing I could say is that the shower is a little too open and the floor can get a bit wet but you have plenty of towels so really this is such a tiny issue.

Location is absolutely ace. We've not needed to use a taxi once. All of Benidorm is accessable within an hour to hour and half walk so add in a stop for a beer in the sun and it's perfect.

If we come back to Benidorm I don't think we'll consider anywhere else. It's 3 star but really pushing 4 star. I'm all honesty I've stayed in 4 stars or much poorer quality.

The hotel itself is very clean Excellent location and close to the beach, bars and restaurants Breakfast was the same everyday The staff were helpful My reason for rating the hotel as poor is due to the noise, leading to poor sleep quality. In the early hours of the morning there was constant noise. The hotel is down a side street. The recycling units would be emptied. The road cleaning. Late night party goers. Furniture being moved in other rooms. The internal doors did not have soft closing so each time someone closed their room door their was a massive bang. We did ask to change rooms to prevent writing this review however no other room was available. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it as a place to stay

This hotel is in a great location near the old town and close to the beach. The staff were friendly, the rooms are a bit basic but clean.

Excellent location, in the old town just up from the prom, and down from KFC. Steps leading to front door but just a bit further down there's a lift at street level allowing wheel chair access. Plenty cafes, bars, shops to choose from. Room was spotless and shower room was newly refurbished and of good size. Television had a couple of BBC channels and free wi-fi easily connected to. Breakfast had plenty to choose from although I had to 'ping' mine in the microwave as I prefer my food much warmer. I'd definitely return although next time I would book a room with a view, our tiny window was looking onto the internal walls. I'd also pack a travel kettle.

Rh sol hotel it's a little gem its in a great location in the old town a stone throw away from the beach and in the mix of bars and restaurants so everything on its doorstep, it's recently had a refurb so everything was pretty new it was spotless and clean,the staff are very polite and attentive from reception,lady in restaurant,cleaners,the room was small (but was great for our 2 night stay)with 2 double beds(very comfy) the shower was great ( big walk-in shower)clean towels daily, breakfast was good usual, continental and cooked breakfast ,we were very happy with our stay here for the price we paid, we had a room at the back so didn't experience any noise, unfortunately my daughter had a room at the front and said it was very noisy ( not the hotel fault )

Fab hotel, 5 mins from the beach, 5 mins the other direction to the old town restaurants. Hotel is spotless, staff very pleasant. We had the option of bed n breakfast which was very satisfying. And the superior double bed room ...the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely return.

Great location, 2 minutes away from the beach and promenade, likewise the restaurant area in the old town. Theres a wealth of cafes, bars, shops. The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly. We went bed & breakfast...breakfast was very nice, a mix of contiental and cooked, buffet style. And a late check out on the day of ddparture. Would absolutely recommend this hotel as a great base.

First impressions of the hotel, great. Lovely clean and welcoming. Everything we needed and in the most location which was perfect for getting everywhere. Rooms were cleaned both mornings of our stay. Lovely large powerful showers. Beds were quite firm, I wouldn’t have liked to do any longer on them but that’s personal preference. The location is not so perfect for noise as you have a school right opposite and the PE lessons at 9am in the morning can be very noisy and play times, but as we were out in the day it didn’t really affect us. Breakfast wasn’t particularly great either but for the money that didn’t bother me I was happy with a yoghurt. Now to be a complete Karen about something that isn’t particularly the hotels fault but should really be advertised before booking is the building work going on at the hotel infront.. wow!! What a complete noise from 7-8am in the morning, we lay in bed listening to a skip being delivered, filled with concrete from a 50ft slide from the roof - imagine concrete into an empty skip from 50ft!!! Yes we heard the whole skip being filled and then the noise of taking it away. This didn’t happen on one morning it happened on both mornings of our stay! The hotel couldn’t do anything as all rooms available would still be affected by the noise. So please let this be a warning for you as the building work does not look to be completed soon.
