This is the second time I’ve stayed at hotel Perla, it’s perfect for a few days in Benidorm. The location is close to the action, the rooms are clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Silvia, Katia and Maria. For a good nights sleep pay for a room with a pool view. I’d definitely use hotel Perla if I come back to Benidorm.

Just back from the perla and if you're on the road side then take ear plugs as the bar opposite is open all night and it's very noisy, the night time girl on reception was a total cow,I asked her for a card key because my wife had it in her bag and she said its 1 euro but I had no money as my wife had it,she would not give me a new door card and I had to wait for my wife to come,I'm 61 and was totally embarrassed, rest of the hotel was fine but it's was noisy on the road side

Rooms could do with a wee update but otherwise ok for budget hotel.
Barman andres was lovely and nothing was a bother to him.
Location of hotel is great for the beach and the strip for bars and restaurants

Perfect location, very clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious and waiter serving breakfast was a delight, so funny, kept us smiling... happy happy happy ☺️

Just had a 4 night stay. I'll start with saying the location to everything was amazing.
Very clean hotel, breakfast was great, it had everythingyou would want. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
They always seem to be cleaning.
We had a room overlooking the pool which was very quiet. The rooms facing the street were quiet noisy when it was the weekend.
That would be my only negative.
The best room is 201.
I've would definitely return.

Its my second time at the Perla Lovely and clean rooms and all areas.Breakfast was very nice plenty of choice.The staff are all kind and friendly especially Javier who works on reception who went above and beyond to help with an accident my sister had.
Brilliant location will definitely stay here again.

Place was lovely but upon checking out for our deposit, Silvia on the desk was absolutely horrid and terribly rude. Our room was kept fine and she even agreed but we did not get our deposit until someone in another room from our party cleaned their room. Would not stay again.

Close enough to the busy center but not too bad road side rooms get more noise than pool side

I would not recommend anyone to use this hotel. They made errors on my reservation by using THEIR link system to complete transaction/booking.
As they didn't confirm the booking, declining my card I had to use another hotel.
Now they have taken the payment from me and I'm unable use this now as I've booked elsewhere.
