Great example of good customer service, the hotel is also great. The location is spot on, very close to the strip and would have no issues staying here again.
Would highly recommend
It's one of the few hotels left in Benidorm that takes stag and hen parties... This wasn't a problem for us , we went Monday to Friday but Thursday night was awful, stag and hens had started to arrive and caused no end of racket at 4am banging on doors. I feel for the staff. Would it stop us going back ?? Certainly.Fab hotel
