Location: perfect view, perfect location. Breakfast could be better but the good thing, is that you can choose between lunch and dinner. Negative, some of the clients are smoking in the room , and sometimes the smoke is present also in your room. No signs that smoking is not allowed. Another thing, the entrance in the sea, is hard, because of the stones, this could be fixed, if management would care about their clients, easily. Paella is perfect, 🤤. Recomand +++

This was only a nights stay before go to our other hotel to which i am glad because if I would have had 10 days here I would have cried and gone home. No staff to help, the stairs ways were mucky and the pool was nice and the ladders were not fixed properly and I sliced my foot on them and staff wasn't bothered never asked if ok or came to see me at the pool. Food was awful apart from the ice cream, I had reservations eating the food lack of hygiene was a big no no. The smell round the pool was dreadful which was the drainage and all the steps up from the pool were broken. One positive is bed was comfy. I would not recommend this hotel at all I can't wait to leave.

The staff are lovely, the hotel isn’t the best but you get what you pay for it’s a little dated don’t like the fact that there’s no balcony’s the food has been woeful for the 5 nights we’ve been here breakfast has been cold after getting down there 10 mins after start. Another down side is how little sun the pool area gets all in all I’d give the whole experience as a 5/10

Amazing views. Rooms clean and good beds. Shower ok and to be honest i had loud Spanish one side and and some young couple other side in party mode one day/night and it didn't bother me.. the hotel is old and the walls are pretty thick!!. I like the location. The hill isnt that bad. And option of steps or gate open until 8pm below pool.taxi from up near jokers night club 5 euro.. Stopped bed and breakfast but with the bars so close i didnt even make use of that as went out every morning to sit by the sea. One tip.. no British tv if needed..however casting available and wifi good. The hotel outside terrace is well worth a visit in the early evening aswell. Nice calm relaxed hotel. Thanks again. me and my boyfriend booked this abit worried!! as the reviews worried me!! however this hotel is absolutely lovely!! quiet the food was adequate and the view was AMAZING, they were really friendly and the hotel was in a really lovely area catching the sunset every night. the hill was a 2 min walk up but we found some steps which was a lot quicker. i would definitely come again!!

One star for the lovely views over the sea and one star for the comfortable beds. The rooms needed some significant maintainence, the service wasn't great, there was no parking nearby and reception could not direct us to the nearest public parking, and the food was not good.

We're a frequent travelling family with small children. We had full board meals. When I first saw the view from the room It was so amazing, that I started to laugh loudly. The location, the room, the food, room service, frequent pool cleaning is more than we dare to expect. Many times we took the short way to get to the hotel walking by the sea, getting in on the back door to exchange climbing up the hill. Swimming in the sea I looked proudly at the blue Hotel Lido! Thank you Hotel Lido!

Absolutely stunning views but that's about it! Stayed here with my wife and was left very disappointed! Rooms and dated and need some tlc. We was half board but food was awful! We had to eat out most night! Food was always cold. Hotel is up a horrible hill.

We stayed at this hotel for one week. When we arrived, there was a problem with the balcony room that I had ordered. Later, we found out that it was Love Holidays' fault, not the hotel's. The lady at reception was very nice, and all the staff were very friendly. As for the dining, it depends on your personal taste. There are not a lot of options available. Personally, we did not like the food and ended up eating out quite a bit. The breakfast was extremely basic. They had nice tea and coffee machines, but unfortunately, they had them switched off at lunch and dinner. The room was very clean and tidy, and the housekeeper was fantastic.

Overall, I think you always get what you pay for - I wouldn’t anticipate luxury for a 3 star hotel, but I wouldn’t anticipate somewhere unsightly either, and Lido fell right where it was supposed to. The front exterior wasn’t anything to write home about, but the lobby was clean and modern, and the reception staff were wonderful. I’m terrible with names, but one lady in particular (Rosa, maybe?) was a delight, always saying hello, good morning, and was always on hand to help. She was also fluent in Greek, which was a pleasant surprise for my Greek partner! (I know a lot of people have mentioned the process of reaching the hotel, so I will say - it’s quite an ordeal, but that’s no fault of the hotel itself! If you get a coach transfer, they will drop you off at the Burger King bus stop - our driver gave us instructions, but for my fellow anxious travellers, just head toward the beach and walk along until you reach a steep turn-off to the left, after Hot Spot Lounge Bar - that’s the one you’re looking for! Walk all the way up and around on your right side, past the little shop, past the Hotel Benikaktus and Lido is the blue building.) The room was clean and tidy, and the beds were turned over every day, which was nice. There is also an A/C system, which was a huge bonus, but as it’s all inclusive, there’s nowhere to make tea or coffee, and oddly no bin in the main room for the inevitable snack wrappers. There is a safe, which I didn’t end up using, and also a hairdryer in the bathroom. I will say there wasn’t an abundance of charging points in my room - my partner had one at his side of the bed, and there was a broken one next to the desk, so I ended up unplugging the tv to charge my phone (thankfully my wire was long enough - the tv was quite high up!). In terms of food - the breakfast was the highlight, though I’m biased, as I enjoy a good continental breakfast. There was a selection of cooked breakfast items, that varied depending on the day - bacon, fried egg, boiled egg, sausages, beans, etc. A selection of pastries, mostly croissants and pain au chocolates, and some biscuits. There was also a good amount of fruit, yoghurts, a couple of cereals, some cheeses and sliced meats, and plenty of bread for toasting. You can also access a variety of hot drinks, teas and coffees and hot chocolates, as well as orange juice, apple juice and water. Something to note though is, despite it being all-inclusive, you don’t get drinks with your lunch or dinner - you have to buy them from the small bar. I paid €4.20 for 2 bottles of water, for reference. I only had lunch once, but it was fine - breads, salads, spaghetti and a sauce. Also a few surprises - grilled swordfish, for example - and classic foods like paella. Dinner was also fine - the soup was a highlight for me personally - but fairly basic. You can always access some kind of chip / potato and bread if all else fails, but there were a selection of meats available - chicken, turkey, frie
