The staff are super friendly and welcoming! And the hotel interiors are fascinating.

The hotel lobby and room had all interiors and modern style.

The location too was great, the metro and busses are 2min walking and everything was accessible.

A great value for money!

The only thing that the room might be small than usual

What a fantastic experience. Service is second to none. Great location, easy access to many Madrid attractions. Great rooftop lounge and breakfast offering. Updated rooms, very modern and comfortable.

We had the most amazing stay at sleep n atocha, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind, everything was explained in clear detail and at no point was there any confusion. The Hotel itself was also brilliant, very clean and bright, the interior is very quirky and modern. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

Perfect location close to Atocha train station (car rental, busses, etc).
Across the street for the Botanical Garden and Park, and walking distance from other major landmarks.
The rooms were clean and modern, but a bit small. It is fine for 1 or 2 nights, but I wouldn't stay more than that.
Breakfast on the rooftop was a perfect start to our day of travel.
The staff was welcoming and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay! Very clean, nice staff! Easily accessible by train and public transport. Whole city 🌆 exploration by food is possible. Great extras and also environment friendly. Option to ‘donate’ 5€ to Ukraine by not having daily clean ups. Very good use of space in the rooms. Perfect breakfast on the rooftop. Would stay here again.

The room are fairly small, and could do with more thorough cleaning, but staff is very helpful, rooms are mostly quiet if you don't face the street, and breakfast also good

Modern, Crisp, and Clean. Everything one needs in a hotel room. Whole hotel appears to be recently modernized and I don't mean a bit here and there like a lot of Euro hotels do and bump them up a star. This was a full revamp and they did a amazing job. Check in was quick and hassle free. Yes...as others have said rooms are small, but nothing different from most Euro hotels. If you need a valet or special room service, this is not the place.

Food was simple and tasty packaged in a take away box based on their 4 step menu. Include in room price, but doesn't appear to be the case with all the fares.

Wifi was consistent with 5 Mbps down and 2 Mbps up. Only had a few slow periods.

Definitely will stay there again and will chose it over higher end hotels I've stayed at in Madrid...very satisfied.

Good location. Right next to train station. Very friendly staff. Rooms are tiny but clean and quiet. Nice bathroom. I would for aure stay here again.

Good location. Small rooms. Suited to solo travellers. 30 seconds to metro station. Good food nearby.
