- Unfortunately, the bathroom in the room had serious drainage issues. During my stay, the sink kept getting clogged and filled with water while washing my face or hands. I requested maintenance, but although they attempted to fix it, the problem remained. Additionally, the toilet flush was weak. After flushing, the water did not look clean and its color changed, which suggests poor water flow! Housekeeping was also not up to standard. The room was not properly cleaned, and the cups were dirty and not replaced, which is a serious hygiene concern and could lead to health issues. I submitted a complaint, and I appreciate the PR team for responding, cleaning the room properly afterward, and apologizing. Overall, I believe cleanliness needs to be taken much more seriously. There were also small particles or strange dust in the room, which was uncomfortable.

My experience at this hotel was truly amazing. First of all, the service was beyond expectations. The staff was always attentive and dedicated to making our stay as comfortable and smooth as possible. A special mention to Ali and Dani G, who were incredibly helpful and polite, and played a significant role in enhancing our overall experience.
As for the location, it’s absolutely perfect! The hotel is centrally located, close to many tourist attractions and essential facilities. The easy access to public transportation made it incredibly convenient to get around the city.
If you’re looking for a place with excellent service and a strategic location, this hotel is the perfect choice!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left - we experienced the best hospitality of any hotel we’ve ever traveled too. The rooms were clean, quiet and with all the needed amenities - nespresso, great shower heads and fantastic smelling shampoos, and perfect temp control. The small touches of candy and iced lemon water in the lobby and candies left post cleaning really made the visit special. Most important were the people - EVERY single staff member was friendly and helpful. In particular would like to thank Javi H who was constantly helpful every day of our visit making sure we had everything we needed with a smile on his face!

I stayed for one day and one night with my 10 and 12 year old kids. I wish I remembered the name of the bell hop because he was exceptional. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and helped with our luggage, which was so appreciated after traveling by train from Alicante and lugging it across the city and up and down a zillion train station stairs in 35*C weather. The same bell hop greeted my kids every time we left and returned, asking them about their day and our adventures, which really made them feel seen and special. The lobby had jars of candy, which my kids loved. The room was very comfortable, clean, large windows, everything in great shape. The location was central and walkable to Retiro Park and Gran Via. We arrived very early and were able to leave our luggage at the desk to explore for several hours before check in. The next day the front desk staff graciously helped us get a taxi to the airport. Really a great ending to our trip.

Fantastic stay with brilliant customer service. Many thanks to Dani G, Ali on guest relations, and the gentlemen who's name I don't know but I can describe as a bit shorter with less hair and glasses. They all helped us feel very welcome with nice suggestions.
I suggest the breakfast could be more varied, as we stayed for 7 days, so after a few days more rotation of food would have been ideal.

I stayed here last week for two nights with my partner, and we were really impressed with the customer service and how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a glass of champagne and the staff were very accommodating and always willing to help and suggest restaurants and places for us to visit during our stay in Madrid. The room was very clean and hygienic, the location of this hotel is amazing as well, and sits right next to a beautiful roof top bar. I do want to highlight that I felt the customer service and hospitality we received during our stay was exceptional. The staff here really do go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay and are happy with your experience. I would highly recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Madrid. I will be returning - such a beautiful city (and hotel!) :)

The room is quite big, the service staff is very friendly, the corridor is a bit dark, and the room has some gaps in the light shielding.

Stayed at the NH Collection Madrid Suecia for a family trip to Madrid with a 7 and a 5 year old. It’s Europe so we planned on two rooms and the hotel was great about having them next to each other. Hotel staff, esp Javier, was universally welcoming, offered up suggestions and helped book reservations where needed. Hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable, and location is great… 15min walk to most key attractions. Breakfast buffet (which was part of our package), was outstanding, a great variety of cold and hot items. Highly recommended.
