The room is quite big, the service staff is very friendly, the corridor is a bit dark, and the room has some gaps in the light shielding.
The hotel is not big, the breakfast is OK and rich.
The hygiene is not bad.

Stayed at the NH Collection Madrid Suecia for a family trip to Madrid with a 7 and a 5 year old. It’s Europe so we planned on two rooms and the hotel was great about having them next to each other. Hotel staff, esp Javier, was universally welcoming, offered up suggestions and helped book reservations where needed. Hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable, and location is great… 15min walk to most key attractions. Breakfast buffet (which was part of our package), was outstanding, a great variety of cold and hot items. Highly recommended.

This hotel is better than expected. There is a Chinese-speaking girl at the front desk who enthusiastically introduced the attractions in Madrid and how to get to them. The room facilities are very new. The hotel is very beautiful in the old style. It is next to the Prado Museum and 5 minutes walk from the Retiro Park. We also walked to the farthest attraction, the Royal Palace of Madrid, which seemed to be less than 20 minutes. Other attractions are around the hotel. The breakfast is also very rich. The most satisfactory hotel in the whole trip

This is the last stop of our trip to Spain, and it is also the hotel with the highest quality!
First of all, the service staff are very enthusiastic. When we checked in, we were given a map of Madrid and introduced to the surrounding area. They helped us carry the box to the door of the room and did not ask for a tip.
When we left, we did not have time to eat breakfast, and they packed sandwiches, fruits, yogurt, and water for us.
When we left at 7 am on January 23, a waitress at the front desk helped us carry the box and sent us to the taxi door despite the cold. I did not have time to see her name tag. I would like to say thank you here!
This hotel has a good location, which is convenient for sightseeing and shopping. It is close to the museum, Retiro Park, and the British Palace.
There is free water and fruit in the hotel lobby.

The room is clean and tidy! The breakfast is also rich! The five-star hotel in Madrid has the best value for money! The location is very good, right next to Gran Vía, between the Prado Museum and Puerta del Sol, an average of about ten minutes' walk away, and it is convenient to walk to nearby attractions!
I would like to especially thank the beautiful lady from Sichuan, China, at the front desk. She provided good service and facilitated communication between Chinese people. I arrived at the hotel before noon and was given a room directly! Highly recommended

Very good hotel, good location, rich breakfast, there is a Chinese girl at the front desk who is super nice, warm and thoughtful, every time she sees us, she will take the initiative to say hello, which makes us feel very cordial.
