Dear Hotel in Madrid

The location was absolutely perfect, right across from Plaza de Espana. The hotel service was fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet. “April” at the breakfast area was extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests. She answered all of our questions with a positive attitude and a smile. The staffs are friendly and the rooms were great with magnificent views of the plaza and the Christmas market. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at the most convenient location in Madrid.

We arrived in Madrid yesterday with my husband and our 7-year-old son, and this was our first stay at Dear Hotel Madrid. Absolute delight.

We have a stunning room on the 12th floor with extraordinary views. Five windows in the room give an almost 360-degree panorama of Madrid, truly unforgettable.

The breakfasts are wonderful, and Jorge, our waiter in the restaurant, is a real gift of fate. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The level of service throughout the hotel is outstanding.

The location is right in the center of Madrid, just over ten minutes' walk from the Royal Palace of Madrid. The club on the top floor of the hotel has beautiful views and is great for taking photos.
