Ilunion never disappoints. A pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness, and tidiness. A fairly comprehensive breakfast. The location is a bit far from the center of Madrid (35 minutes by metro) but in a quiet area close to El Hormiguero (in case you're caught out by the crowd).
We'll probably return.

I recently stayed at ILUNION Alcalá Norte in Madrid and had an overall excellent experience. The rooms were super clean and the service was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests.

Breakfast was a highlight—absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of options. However, I did have an issue with dinner. I ordered the beef tenderloin, expecting a nice meal, but it was quite disappointing. The taste was subpar and the steak was more like a microwaveable dinner, even though I requested it medium—it was undercooked and lacked flavor. The appetizer was average, but the coffee and cheesecake were very good.

Aside from the dinner, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely come back. Thank you, ILUNION Alcalá Norte, for the great hospitality!

Excellent hôtel, you got spacious comfy rooms, fridge, gym, copious delicious breakfast.
They got underground parking which costs 22€/day however you can Park for free next to the hôtel, there are plenty of free public parking. It's half an hour drive to Madrid city center.
