This hotel is centrally located and easily accesible by metro. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Don't expect an early check-in before 2 pm, but they will keep your luggage, which is very good. Employees are friendly and highly supportive. They are constantly asking for feedback on how customers feel at the hotel. Great choice, and i recommend it.

Very central small hotel. The rooms are mediocre but the front desk staff is incredibly kind and always welcomes you with a smile and helps whenever they can

Location was really convenient for our purpose. The room was big and had everything that you could need. The bed sheets were too short and the additional couch bed was not very comfortable.
The only elevator for customers was not working for the biggest part of our stay. We arrived less than 30 minutes before check-in time and the room was not ready so we left our loads of stuff in a storage room and checked in in the evening.
Help desk staff was nice and welcoming.
Also the price was very reasonable. They accommodated an extra couch bed and a crib. We are happy overall.

Nice location and close to some of the sightseeing and restaurants. The hotel itself is ok, but they def should improve the rooms ambience and the kitchen area. We were told that you cannot cook in the kitchen, and there were no utensils at all, even though a full kitchen is in the unit. 3 stars only for the location.

Really good. We got a really nice suite for a great price. The staff is very kind. The hotel is very clean and the location is really good.

Nice serviced apartments. Include small kitchen, refrigerator and very convenient. Perfect.location for.travellers and tourist that want to stay in the center of the city

This hotel makes me want to come back to Madrid. The location is great with access to all the best parts of Madrid just steps away, yet quiet since it's one street behind Gran Via.
The staff are exceptionally helpful and assists you with anything you need.
Facilities are great except for the bathroom which doesn't have a curtain for half the area so floor gets wet after showering.
Inner rooms are very quiet that face the courtyard. Great for sleeping.

Excellent location with good room

Functional and basic place to stay. Simple, clean, and the location is what truly makes this place doable. Friendly staff. However, the walls are paper thin. We had a room next to the front street, and it was loud. Ear plugs are absolutely necessary. Air conditioning temperature controls are clunky. No coffee in hotel.
