The hotel is conveniently located just 200 meters from the metro station, a 3-minute walk away. It's a 5-minute walk to Gran Via, 8 minutes to Puerta del Sol, and within 10 minutes you can reach Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace of Madrid. This means you can explore attractions all day without long detours. In the evenings, it feels very safe walking back to the hotel after shopping, and the surrounding area is packed with restaurants, supermarkets, and department stores. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and simple.

I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Madrid for a few days. The location is perfect for sightseeing, centrally located, and quiet at night. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality prosciutto and Iberian pork slices changing daily. The breakfast area was luxuriously decorated and very comfortable.

Excellent place for stay. Ideal location. Front of house all the time and feels safe to stay. Premium room is perfect for few night stay.

The hotel looks a bit dated when you walk inside , the lobby is really just a tiny corner.

The receptionists are always very nice and helpful.

The room decoration has a bit of a weird vibe, so don’t hold too much expectation.

Overall it’s clean and close to everything.

Too small room for a couple. Internet images and actual room don't match.

The room is beautiful and the service is very good! Bedsheets changed daily, location is great, walking distance to museums.
