Really enjoyed our stay here, brief but intense. The Hostal was in an excellent position, not far from the museums, Retiro Park and the train station. The Hostal was cosy, comfortable beds and very clean rooms

The owner is really simpatica and gave us a set of keys so we could come and go as we pleased. We can defenitely reccomend it

It has a very good location, the treatment is very good and the room is clean, if we return to Madrid we will repeat there!

We had a private toilet and shower, the room with basic furniture, no wardrobe but plenty of hangers on a rail, good airconditioning, plenty of hot water, no refrigerator but there is one in the corridor you can use for a few things in order to have breakfast if you want to, a small electric kettle and a hairdryer in good working condition

All the negative reviews had us concerned for our trip, but we had a delightful stay at Compostela suites. We stayed in room 1320, wasn't noisy at all, we slept great whilst we were there

The location was close to a mall and supermarkets as well as places to eat. The kitchen is very ill equipped so only real things we could make were cereal in the morning but this was the only bad thing

It’s perfect if you are doing transit because the airport is very close. Staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean! I would definitely stay again without a doubt! 😊

The room is good, but it lacks a table and has no place to put things.

Check-in took too long. Bed mattress was too hard. No coffee maker... I won't be back. It can't be part of Melia.

This is the perfect location for exploring Madrid. Everything is walking distance (and there are multiple public transport options if not). The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. The service is warm and discreet

It's a bit of a distance from the city center, but there's a fantastic large supermarket nearby that has everything you could possibly need. Parking is complimentary, and you use your room key card for entry and exit

The hotel had a big room, the quality of materials used is great. The staff was really helpful, however, the pool was still closed even if there were more than 32 degrees celsius outside

The room was spacious and very clean. Although a bit dated, the facilities were all very functional and easy to use. The hotel's prime location made it convenient to get anywhere

I was in desperate need of a last minute hotel and the location of this hotel seemed perfect and it was, great walking distance from Serrano (1min walk) but like I mentioned earlier the room I got was really average but the price was reasonable for the room

In addition, friends who stay in this hotel for travel may also consider not buying all transportation cards, because the closest to this hotel is the Cercanía train, and transportation will be more convenient if you purchase tickets separately

Great aparthotel in a great location, small, practical kitchen, and comfortable bed and sofa! Close to the Bank of Spain metro station, the Recoletos bus station, and Madrid's must-see shops and attractions like the Prado and City Hall

-Sink/Vanity area were just inexpensive formica boards covering the plumbing. -The wall mounted towel hangers and the hand shower fastenings were loose and wobbled on the wall

The hallway area on our floor looked shabby and well used. Many surfaces were worn and scratched in our room. -The translucent division wall between the bathroom and bedroom had a large crack

-The location is excellent with an easy walk to food, shopping and transportation. The not so good: -The hotel is in desperate need of a major refresh. The lobby feels shopworn and a bit sad

The shower water pressure was strong. -The sheets and the bed were adequate. - The air conditioning worked well and we were able to adjust it as needed. -The staff was pleasant and helpful

-The towels were flat and not very luxurious. - Some of the light switches didn't seem to do anything. The bedside lights didn't work at all. Overall this hotel did a lot of things right

It is really good for people who are transiting in madrid for short time its good but can be bit better with amenities providing for the stay.

The 24-hour reception and free coffee in the lobby are a nice touch for those arriving late or leaving early. However, getting to the airport requires either a taxi or a more complicated trip using public transport

Rooms was nice and comfortable. Exept one girl who come in work on sunday she was realy not nice person 😒 and make our day bad enough. She was angry talk like we was some people from street ,,homeless"

This hotel was satisfactory but not worth the cost. The room was of moderate size but they wedged a king sized bed in for some reason. We asked for directions at the front desk and they told us to go the wrong way

There was only a small space to walk to & fro the toilet & it would be nice if the beds were well secured too

The elevator is antique, the room is super small, dark, the front desk service is not enthusiastic, I will not stay again

The location is very good, right on Grand Avenue The hotel environment is very classic, and taking photos inside the hotel is very photogenic The reception service attitude is very good, and they will greet you with concern, which is very warm

The hotel in the city center is very clean and comfortable. The room facilities are complete, and slippers and bottled water are well prepared.

The hotel is located on Gran Via, the most central location in Madrid. It is surrounded by pedestrian streets, business districts, and many gourmet restaurants. The room is comfortable, and welcome champagne is provided

I stayed about 40 days in Encasa last year. The in quiet area but little bit far from the city center. The apartments is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful

While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website)

Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good

I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment

The room was spacious, it was close to Atocha, and there was a supermarket nearby, so it was very convenient. The balance between the size of the room and the price was excellent

5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby

Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key

We came in late in the evening, and there was someone waiting for us to greet us, knowing that we were exhausted and needing rest. I had letters to mail, and they helped me out with personal service

This is the absolute best place we stayed in while we were in Madrid. We had a great room with everything we needed

Comfortable, large rooms with fridge, microwave and tables. Large primary bed as well. But pool was very disappointing as it's not much bigger than a plunge pool and only 1m deep, plus condition of tiles is poor.

Really good location for the shopping and bars of Chueca. The hotel is friendly and really nicely laid out rooms, we had a stylish room with bare brick work and two balconies. The bed was large and firm, very comfortable

Lots of interesting cafes nearby, a walk away to Gran Via, Abalu is surprising as it’s funky and fun decor and Alexa playing music as you enter and great big pink flamingos in your bathroom near your jacuzzi tub! Really enjoyed our stay, excellent service

The hotel was nice and was in a good location, but probably a bit overpriced for what it was. Stayed in 2 different spa suits and neither could be used as a spa. The rooms were quirky and well presented.

The jacuzzis are in certain rooms, and not available for everyone, perhaps there's a treatment room, but when I asked about the hotel amenities this wasn't something they told me about

Great position. Just in the heart of Madrid! Clean, modern and kind staff. Good price too. The entrance may be a little disappointing for someone but the rooms and the breakfast lounge are fine!

Room was tiny with no real view but that said the room was clean and comfy with a very comfortable bed and a lovely glassed in rainfall shower
