The hotel is on a small street, a little small, the lobby is small like a small hotel. The room is OK, relatively large. There is a small kitchen, which is OK for heating microwave food, but forget about cooking.

It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very convenient, with a microwave, induction cooker, cooking utensils, tableware, a refrigerator, detergent, etc. The room smelled good and felt clean

The hotel is very convenient, but the facilities are a bit old. The location is convenient to go anywhere, and you can walk to the Bernabeu Stadium

If I have the opportunity to go to Spain again, I will consider staying in this hotel, mainly because it is quiet and safe

Rooms are small but clean and quiet. The main concern I had was about towels, they give you only one and it's not of shower size. You also have to ask at the reception for shampoo and body shower

The staff was always super friendly and helpful. Room was perfect if you're planning on being out all day and just need a place to sleep. Everything was really clean as well.

The rooms themselves are very basic ground floor rooms with two single beds put together instead of a king-size bed advertised. The mattresses are hard, and you can hear every sound in the hallway

Lovely and affordable place to stay in Madrid that’s a metro ride away from the centre. Staff were lovely and accommodating, and the hotel was always clean. There’s a rooftop and they offer a buffet breakfast for €9

After booking the two suggested rooms for the same evening, I received an email from the hotel that an extra bed could be placed for the teen in one of the rooms

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. However, it was listed in a way that for a family of three they could only offer two rooms

This hotel provided 24 hr reception - that is there was a person at a desk. This was re-assuring because I was concerned with access given that I had arrived after midnight at the Chamardin train

She also took the time to come up to my room to show how to operate the thermostat to increase the heat in the room. The hotel room has a blend of traditional wood finish with a modern bathroom

The receptionist is really friendly, kind and supportive. He can speak well both English and Spanish, there's no problem about communication. The room is clean and well-prepared

The location was an easy walking distance however also inexpensive by Uber. The reception was very friendly and provided me with an extra blanket, as requested

Excellent little hotel in a great area. Plenty to see and do nearby, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and transport links. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not fancy, but very good value

Older hotel in a quiet corner of the Tetuan neighborhood. About a 5 minute walk to the Metro. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was slightly dated, but comfortable

The toilet would run for 20 minutes after being flushed, that was slightly annoying. There is a lovely Carrefour market 3 blocks away on the Calle Orense that is open early and late

Was not too impressed with the noise in reception in the morning from the local residents meeting but we did not stay too long

There was not a speck of dirt or dust on the floor, the tub was clean enough that you'd feel comfortable to have a bath in it, and the sheets and towels smelled so fresh

It seems like check-in is not possible at very late or early times. I was only able to leave my luggage after 9am because the door was open. It feels like a private dormitory? And you have to ask for a hairdryer

We really liked our family room for 4 people, it was specious enough, with a kettle, small fridge, separate toilet room and a shower, it was really quiet, which is very important for Madrid

Parking is very convenient and next to the university and breakfast is great too only inconvenience was plates and cups were not cleaned properly and we had to pick through during the breakfast rush

Very nice hotel with simple yet comfortable accommodations. The beds are comfortable and the hotel overall is very clean. There is a rooftop terrace with a pool which is a nice addition for those hot days

For the price, I've never had such a clean well located hotel. 13 mins from the airport, and the bed was so so comfortable. Mary on the front desk was such a pleasure and so very helpful

The rooms didn't have trash cans, which made the management of trash a bit cumbersome. The staff at the reception were however very helpful and always offered to help us with the trash

I needed a taxi to get to the airport. Calling didn't seem like a good option because it was rush hour at that time. But if I walked about 100 meters, there was a taxi stand

No amenities, old fashioned key that needs to be left at reception, no kettle, no cups, no fridge. In the bathroom badly damaged unit with a tiny piece of soap and a small plastic bag with shower gel

There is a third one in the bathroom that looks from 1938 and I wouldn't use it as it may blow up my phone. No breakfast or anything, very poor value for money there are much better around

As the wall (wooden) is no sound prove function, thus quiet is highly reserved if you are staying here as not to disturb other guests. The room condition is good, front desk is 24 hours

Certainly, if you open your window you'll hear a lot of people down below in the street. Windows are practically sound proof. Me and my guest, we were able to sleep without any issues

Very clean room, renovated restroom and the view of the street down below is 10/10. The value of this hotel/hostel is A+. Restaurants, bars, supermarket is a walking distance away

Lets start from the good part, the location was good, if you like to be in the middle of restaurants and bars and pubs! The room itself was bad, why? There was not first light I mean window, for me it does not count as proper bedroom

Easy access,clear info's and easy check in and out. Wi fi is good and the only thing is that it's a little bit away from the metro station. But we visited Madrid to walk and sightseeing so it did not mind us

The hotel was small and minimal but it was great value for money. The location was very close to the major art museums as well as other tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and functional

The walls seemed to be pretty thin, so best to bring some earplugs depending on your neighbours! The receptionist was very helpful when I needed some documents printed

There is no problem with the service, and the room is clean, but the cost performance of this hotel and room in the center of Madrid is very low, more than 2000 a night but the room is very small, I can only say that Madrid is not cost-effective for tourists

It was very convenient, just one train ride away from the airport! The staff were very kind! It was quite hard to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs to the 3rd (4th) floor

I was happy that they would store my luggage for 1 EUR per piece, but I wish they would have done it for free

The street-facing location has a good view, but there are noises and sirens at night. The windows should be more soundproof. Even better, there are no toothbrushes, soaps, shower caps and other supplies in the bathroom

The room size was wonderful, we had a hair dryer, Wi-Fi, ironing station, and kittle. Air con working and helpful throughout the week. It felt like 5 star hotel experience. Location is, undoubtedly, the best in Madrid

It's a nice hostal five minutes from Puerta del Sol. Comfortable room and huge bed, not a luxury but you are paying for what you get.

Stayed in there in single room in June 2018. It was nice, clean, the room spacious for single and and real quiet. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is great, and there is a lot of shops and cafe on the street
