If you are sensitive to noices it can be tricky to stay here some days, we were not bothered but we could hear music/noice at some occasions (it was mostly quiet)

Lovely rooftop patio on 7th floor and small pool on the 5th. Great full buffet breakfast with real honeycomb honey and freshly squeezed orange juice. Cook to order eggs, omelet etc

We always try to get those rooms; they have a weird layout, but super comfy! I highly recommend this super well located hotel with a magnifique rooftop for beautiful city Sunsets. Madrid=Catalonia Atocha for us

Clean hotel with great showers and comfortable beds. Superb location to metro and to old town. Easy 15 min walk to royal palace, plaza mayor, Mercado san Miguel and puerto del sol. Metro atocha is 2 mins away

Bring your amenities such as lotion and conditioner. Iron is available on request. Faced the courtyard so view was limited. The terrace is nice to get a great view of the city

Got a very big room, 15 min by walking from t2, from t1 it's 25 min overall. They have a great restaurant with delicious food and the best bacon 🥓 I've ever tasted in any hotel! (They didn't overcook it)

Comfortable and good location. The rooms a little hot.

The room is ok 👌 Its modern and fairly new. The building is designed as Hotel. When you book online the page says parking is free, bit after payment is made there's note stating that parking is not warranted

So the opened sofa occupied the whole space, making the room uncomfortable and one of us would have to sleep on a thin foam mattress with coils

So, i told him that he might return the money and I would go somewhere else, and immediately he offered the upgrade as complementary (free)

There is a rooftop spa/pool with plenty of seating. The breakfast area is huge and there was plenty of selection, not just eggs and bacon! We enjoyed our stay very much

The only downfalls were that there is not enough sun loungers and the pool is not heated which was a big disappointment as it was going to be a major part of my plans there. But is was uncomfortably cold

The rooms are not very big but they're clean as are the en-suite bathrooms. The pool was closed while we were there but opens later into the summer we were told. The breakfast is excellent and caters to most tastes

I initially booked this hotel only because of the supposed pool that I could not use because it is disgusting, but it was worth it because the hotel is very good

My favourite hotel in Madrid as it is considered a pleasant location to stay a distance away from the top bustling Gran Via and Callao area. Just a stop away from Callao, it is directly above Opera station

The hotel is very conveniently located, right outside the subway station. There are also department stores and various shops nearby. The hotel rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Convenient place and provided toothbrush with toothpaste but the shower room was smelly and block from drainage when taking shower. All the towels are dirty

Nearby area a lot of nice restaurants and convenient stores. Chinese can find local China food nearby at Saint Domingo. I would love to return this hotel to stay

The hotel is well located next to the metro and fortunately not too close to the city center. The welcome was okay, but nothing special! The pool was closed when we made our trip, which was a shame

We also took advantage of breakfast, and it was delicious as far as hotel breakfasts go. We agreed this would be a hotel we'd book again if we were in Madrid, and I'd highly recommend it

There are no slippers in the room, but you can ask for them. The service is quite friendly and you can also go downstairs to ask for hot water. The hotel is old, but the facilities are not old either.

Overall, the price-performance ratio is good, and the service is also good, but the hotel gate is under repair, so taxis cannot stop at the gate, and you have to go to the opposite road to wait for the car

Best even, there is a metro line two minutes walk from it, with a straight line to the gran via. Around half an hour to the centre in a new and clean subway? Not so shabby for a city as big as Madrid!! :)

My favorite transit hotel in Madrid. It is close to the airport (10 minutes). It is surrounded by a safe community

The hotel's front desk service and breakfast are very good. It's only a few minutes' drive from the airport. If you are in transit, I highly recommend this hotel

There is also a subway station that can be reached by foot and it is not on the airport line, which saves a lot of subway fees

Las Letras Gran Via is the perfect base to stay in Madrid. Beautiful hotel and clean rooms. We will definitely be back as we have so much more to explore in Madrid

Ana, Alba, Azahara, and Freddy were so professional and attentive to all our needs. They were super helpful in everything. They even sent a bottle of champagne to our room for our anniversary

The room was lovely as was decor and traditional features and despite being so central was so so quiet with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast service was very good and again lovely staff

Great location! Our room looked out over the Gran Vía. Getting to and from the hotel is easy because it's in such a central location. Rooms are adequately ample (for EU rooms) and the staff is friendly.

We, a family of 4, stayed here for three nights during our vacation. The room looked liked an apartment converted to a hotel. The location is very convenient for sightseeing tour spots in Madrid

It is very close to the Plaza de España and very convenient. You can visit the Palais des Anglais just one block away. It’s also close to the subway station ~ I highly recommend it😊

The hotel is great; the location isn't exactly wow-worthy, but it's okay. It's a nice, average hotel, nothing special. But overall, it's clean, comfortable, and cozy

The receptionist started mocking me when the conversation turned to water. I didn't know water was only provided once upon check-in. When I asked for more water, he told me to get it from the tap or buy it

Environment: Looking at the map, it seems quite close to the Binyi Pavilion, but it's actually quite inconspicuous. It's across a main road, then around a corner, so it's not noticeable unless you're paying attention

Facilities: Paid parking is available for 27 euros per night. The parking lot has a large iron gate, and there's a security guard on duty at the front desk

Service: I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there's a breakfast restaurant nearby that's quite good value, but its opening hours are irregular

The immediate area also provides excellent choices for food, both quick and easy for family (think the best fast burrito place you've ever tried), and elegant and sit down(an amazing Argentine place around the corner)

This hotel is in the middle of all the tourist areas so you can walk to many places. The metro is in the plaza at the end of the block so after a long shopping day you will can get back to your hotel with no problems

The nearest subway stations are Callao and Gran Via, which are more than 20 minutes from the airport, which is very convenient. I didn't bring a charger converter, but the front desk was very friendly to provide it

I have stayed here for the past three years. The prices have become too expensive now for the room I get. There was no bidet and the room was small, but it was quiet. Ice and helpful and the location is great!

If there are children taking a bath in it, there is a bell to press, which is a thoughtful design. There is a large public space in front of the front desk, which is very tastefully decorated

The hotel is next to a busy shopping street, and you can walk to famous attractions in 10-15 minutes: Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, El Retiro Park, museums, and the Royal Palace of Madrid

Location is great! Right behind gran via where there are many stores and sight seeing bus stops. The department store el Corte iglese close by offers a lot, and there is global blue centre on 1st floor

Great hotel! Repairs in 2016-17. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast with such a variety of fruits, meats, delicious sausages and pastries. Coffee and champagne for Breakfast is great! We next time only here! PS

The hotel was as expected. Room was highly equiped and clean. The swiming pool area is amazing. Good and extense breakfast. Would recomend it althoug is not in the city center.

It is convenient to go to the airport. You can use the bus card to take bus No. 200 directly to any passenger terminal. Although the breakfast is relatively simple, it is cost-effective among similar hotels in Madrid.

The room with a giant flat screen TV, the very complete bathroom, the towels, the amenities, great
