It was great! The hotel is awesome because the prices are really good for the size and quality of the rooms. There’s even a nice pool outside

At the recommendation of QATAR Business Class Cabin crew, I decided to give this hotel a go during my recent transit in Madrid. The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes (by car) from Madrid International airport

I've seen bed bugs before in other hotels that were nasty and awful, so I have had to deal with them, unfortunately. Overall, this hotel was fantastic, and I would return again if I ever visit Madrid once more

The hotel provides free shuttle van service to and from airport for hotel guests. The studio that I checked-in to is nicely laid-out and functional. The front desk team is ever friendly and ready to assist

We had a wonderful experience here. The hotel was gorgeous, clean and impeccable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and close to some really good restaurants

They offer shuttle to and from the airport, as well. To turn on the lights, you have to keep your hotel card in the slot near the door, for those tourists who have never encountered this

Great location! Absolutely love Madrid! The biggest downtown and walking area out of almost all Metropolitan European cities! The hotel reception area was very nice and the front desk staff were great

The rooms were pretty good but the bathroom was a little dirty just because the shower head was clogged with mineral buildup and some if the towel holders we're falling off the wall

Was a tad noisy at night (we were at the front of hotel). Tea facilities in the room would have been appreciated also. However, comfortable bed, lovely rooms, breakfast was fantastic

Pretty good other than that! You're paying for location! There wasn't a view but that was a good thing! If I had a view then I would have had a lot of noise so try to get a room where the window isn't facing the main streets!

Great central location and handy for transport links

We loved the Hotel Santo Domingo. Its location was perfect - right in the middle of Madrid, with a Metro station outside and within a comfortable walk of everything we wanted to see

The hotel Is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent for exploring the centre of Madrid and beyond. A short walk from Gran Via and Plaza de España

Few problems; - The pool area is not temperature controlled, life guards apply very heavy rules, 1 small bottle of water in the rooftop is 6 euros, they make you pay 3 euros per towel, and there are not enough sun beds

Centrally located, stunning rooms, elegant bath with a stellar rain shower, very accommodating staff - very responsive when we had trouble operating the lights and air conditioning in the room (we didn't realize you had to insert your key card, oops!)

I stayed ten days here and it was amazing! The breakfast buffet was delicious every morning. They have the best coffee, the tortilla egg dish was amazing, the staff was great. The room was perfect and made up every day

Location was perfect, walking distance to everything and very easy to hail a cab when you’re tired of walking :) The vertical garden was breathtaking! So pleased with my stay here, thank you Hotel Santo Domingo!

The room is of a good size and relatively quiet at night. The breakfast is rich, with many choices and fresh ingredients. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is good, just a few steps away after getting off the subway, suitable for overnight transfer in Madrid

If front of the Four seasons Hotel, and so many restaurants and shops all at a walking distance. I am pretty sure this is a 5 star hotel. But they couldn't get the 5 star because there is no pool or gym

As you enter the hotel you immediately get a creative vibe, the marble floors, the glass doors, mirrors every element complements the overall experience. If you are a Breakfast person you will definitely love this one

This hotel is very centrally located, it is very walkable to different spots in Madrid. I was traveling solo and its very solo friendly and they have a very well equipped gym. The hotel also has a good restaurant

Staff is super professional, and very helpful. The hotel is super well maintained. And that is coming from a very picky traveler. The rooms are nice, air conditioning works great, bathrooms are great

The location is very good, and the front desk is very friendly. I lost my glasses here, and the front desk helped me send them to me by parcel (I paid for it). It is a friendly and reasonably priced hotel.

Great location and service. The breakfast buffet is very good, specially the Egg Benedict

You just can’t go wrong with the Four Seasons. The staffs are very professional and everything was just perfect! The lobby bar has a huge Christmas tree. We had a drink at the bar and the cocktail was really good

Nice environment and nice location

The whole hotel is very new, and the room layout is very good. It is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is also spacious and bright. The lobby is elegant and has the boldness of Spain, and it is magnificent

5 star for the location...rooms are decent but functional and clean. The rooftop view is awesome...especially if u managed to catch the sunset. When we were there in late november, rooftop opens at 6pm.

It's also very well located in Gran Via, a very tourist area, with many people and with stores and restaurantes being open until late at the night

The room is really comfortable and with good space. Also the bathroom is very good. The breakfast is good, with many options

The only issue with the room itself is that in the morning you can hear noise coming from the corridor, as it's big and busy hotel and the room door can't be closed silently

I had an amazing time. Pool was great. View was amazing! And most of all our waiter Manuel was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. If you’re ever in Madrid I’d always recommend going here!!!

The location is great, everything is within walking distance. The hotel has a great rooftop bar, and a pool. The room was spacious, and clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful

Arrived at the rental car, dropped off the family, the Luggage, the front Desk gave me a business card, and said the surrender the car - call me pick! Called took! And all for free

The front desk service was fast. The room was clean although a bit old. I didn't try the breakfast. It was interesting to stand on the bus to the airport.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 20-minute walk from Madrid Airport, and the hotel can book rooms without breakfast. The parking lot is also large and parking is very convenient.

When I entered the room I was staying in, I saw that the door was broken. I hope he wouldn’t ask for my deposit. Everything else was good. I can recommend it.

We had our flight cancelled in the middle of the night, which means we couldn't get any hotels for the same day because the booking time is too late

Big room, nice pool and nice reception, plenty of parking out side and a lively mini park, the location is amazing and quiet, you literally can walk to the palace in 15-20 minutes

Lovely hotel, nearby local restaurants were amazing, easy to get to city center by Uber or Metro. Walk out of the hotel and make a left. Stay on local sidewalk there is a grocery store and then 2 restaurants

The only cons were not things that could be changed, such as the distance to city center, shower only without bath, and the apparent traditional lack of washcloths, which weren't provided in any of the 4 different hotels where we stayed in Spain

We had a superior room with an enormous comfy bed which included a really good buffet breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices. Good position for sightseeing within easy reach either by walking or bus stop outside

The location is 20 min walk away from the city center and this makes the location very calm and quite. You'll surely enjoy the stay! If you're taking the Uber from the Airport, it would be around €21

However, everything else was quite average — the gym and breakfast are basic, and for the price, there are definitely better hotels in Madrid

Great location for a stopover on the way south (or north I guess). Nice hotel with a lovely pool. Reception were very helpful & let us check-in early so that we could relax and enjoy a swim

Plenty of bars & restaurants 10-15 minutes walk away. Room could have done with a couple of finishing touches, decoratively, but it was a good size & very comfortable

The staff were very pleasant, kind and helpful. They were smiling and made us feel welcome. The hotel is aged and it shows. It was excellent value for money and very conveniently located for our purposes

When we inquired whether we could make a new booking on the spot, he stated that it was only possible to book online and that payment could not be made directly at the hotel

Well located and connected with a resort like outlays. They even have a free shuttle to the airport. The staff was helpful and friendly

The location is perfect for seeing the centre of the city and visiting all of the most famous attractions in Madrid. The service at the hotel is first class. Sofia at the reception desk gave us a wonderful welcome

Wonderful stay! Beautiful hotel with excellent service. We had a few issues upon checking into our room, but they were very promptly resolved. The hotel itself and the common areas are beautiful and luxurious

Paula at the concierge desk made all of our reservations and gave us some wonderful recommendations for dinner & an amazing flamenco show. Camilla at the roof-top terrace was always friendly and welcoming

The room, while clean and beautifully decorated, showed a bit of wear and tear. However, the bed was very comfortable and we loved the turn down service. The breakfast selection was also very nice

The entire hotel staff worked hard to make our stay wonderful, and we really appreciated their efforts. We would highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Madrid

You can drink in their lounge for free and have breakfast as well. The rooms were very nice and their products were high quality. Definitely would stay there again

Breakfast was great the kids loved it very accommodating we had a family leaving by 6:30 am n staff ensure they left with boxed breakfast. Shuttle was awesome informative n helpful setup at check in time worked out

From the airport take the red axor shuttle van from the bus stop across the street from the taxis. The family rooms are huge even by American Standards with two large closets and a very large bathroom and shower

The room was like new with everything in good working order. The beds are comfortable, and the curtains make it very dark when the sun is rising. The breakfast is worth getting and there is a lot of variety

Room was spacious exactly wgat we needed we were a sports team n parents for a one night stay comfy beds. I think we forgot to ask for the toothpaste n stuff there was soap

The whole city is easily accessible from this location, whilst the pool & garden are great for relaxing. The bar and restaurant are great

The rooms are decent and clean. The pool area needs a little more care, and the opening hours could be longer. Recommended value for money, although the bar is very expensive

Overall, the hotel is not bad, but due to the location and prices, I would only recommend it to those who are looking for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city, are not limited in budget and want to use the pool

We asked for a coffee maker since our room didn't have one, and there was no problem

Wonderful experience, incredible services and 10/10 facilities. Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, very pleasant and quiet, I highly recommend it. It is located in a very convenient area for getting to any point of interest

When I went to request it at reception, they unsympathetic, telling me that the bathrobe and slippers are for superior rooms, and the double bed is subject to availability

The Retiro is right next to the hotel and is beautiful, there is loads of amazing restaurants and bars near the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Madrid. I will definitely use it again

I had an amazing experience at H10 Puerta de Alcalá! Alejandra and Francisco went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile

I must mention Alejander on the reception desk especially she was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location very near the metro so you are able to move around Madrid easily

Had a late night and arrived at the first floor bar around 15 minutes before closing ( I didn’t know it closed at 12 before this visit ) and the welcome was not what I would have expected , a little cold and every time we have had drinks in the hotel it comes with complimentary nibbles - not that night ! Shame really as it could have been managed differently and left me feeling a valued customer rather...

The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was next to the train station which helped us get to the train quickly. However it is a ways from the downtown area with shopping and palace,, Taxi is needed

Not far from the airport, 20-25 minutes drive. The hotel environment is good, the rooms are spacious and the environment is very clean. The hotel staff are all kind, and the hotel breakfast is a multiple choice question.

The only drawback we found was the distance to the metro station but there is a bus stop just around the corner with regular buses that can take you right to the city center

This hotel was just like the pictures. The rooms were clean and had a really nice modern feel. The staff were all courteous and friendly too. Check in and out was made easy and simple

What truly touched me was their attention to personal details: the team knew I was allergic to their standard soap, so they actually purchased special soaps just for me. That level of care was simply heartwarming

Drinks offered while we waited for our room, excellent help by the concierge staff with reservations and tickets, free limo service offered twice to us while it was difficult to get a taxi, very pleasant personnel at the spa and in the restaurant, room service coming exactly as programmed, very helpful and friendly staff at the garden restaurant…the facilities are excellent and the breakfast buffet...

I stayed at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid for two nights in September through the Fans of M. The package included complimentary breakfast, early check-in and late check-out until 6 PM, and a $200 hotel credit

Although the hotel usually doesn’t upgrade beyond the booked category, I received a beautiful room with a terrace and an incredible view. There was a small issue with the air conditioning, which was immediately fixed

The room clean, fresh, pristine. Warm towels provided along with a very good amenity kit. The courtyard restaurant is very accessible and a great place to catch some tea and a snack. They also offer full meals there

Rooftop is beautiful & hotel guests get priority. We got the room with a balcony, which I would suggest- as the standard rooms would probably be a lot more dark without the light from the balcony

The lifts are a bit old-fashioned, but it does not affect the hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is between two metro stations (Gran Via & Seville). There is a bus stop at the door

The location is excellent, but other than that there is nothing special about it. The hotel room is relatively small. It feels like it is almost impossible to check in with a 30-inch suitcase without 25 square meters.

The location is perfect; the staff was amazing, especially Enrique was the best ! The room was very nice and clean. The pool was a bit disappointing : it was crowded, very small, cold and the water seemed a bit dirty
