Absolutely everything here was perfect.
Everyone on the staff was super helpful, kind, accommodating and knowledgeable.
Everything was clean (no carpet in our room, which is great). The room and bathroom was spacious andcleaned daily. The Hotel location is central and convenient to restaurants, shopping, metro, sights to see - walkable and safe. And even though it's in such a central loction, it is supremely quiet. The breakfast was simply amazing - plentiful and a wonderful variety! Thank you for making our first trip to Madrid and Spain such a fantastic experience! We appreciate all you do, thank you!

Great location, and they have very friendly staff! Rooms were clean and loved that they tied in original beam structure of the building with the more modern look. Beautiful accommodations. You’ll love the quick walk being right next to the heart of Madrid. Make sure you hit up San Gines for your churros y chocolate, and Mallorquina bakery for the most delicious sweets and cafe con leche. You’re too close not to!
Only gave 4 stars because the rooms were very hot at night and have to keep windows open to regulate the temperature, and the water never got warm for showers which was a bit unpleasant but manageable. As long as someone is okay with these things potentially happening I think you’ll be very satisfied.

We loved our room, and everything else was great except when we arrived elevators did not work and construction was being done in the plaza so no room for taxis. The location is great though.

A very good hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, good location, in short : 10/10 because of Paul & Rita Belgium 9160 Lokeren PS : arrival day was also my birthday; after a few minutes I was discreetly offered a nice gift in our room; for which my appreciation

Booked a room with a “whirlpool bath”. On arrival the bath is a pit in a half finished bathroom, missing many pieces of trim and with paint peeling from the ceiling above it. The bathroom door does not close flush with the ceiling of the room leaving a gap of about 30 cm and providing no privacy at all.
Aside from the disappointing fit and finish of the room my partner and I were then awoken the next morning, 2 hours before we were due to check out by presumably a cleaner, I cannot for the life of me figure out why it would be appropriate to disturb a sleeping guest in their room. All in all the experience was pretty awful and I will not be returning

Great service and VERY hospitable staff. The room is comfortable and ours had a very nice view. No complaints about the room at all. Would definitely recommend. Only thing that was noted was that the elevators are very slow but aside from that it’s a great value and very nice place.

What better stay could me and my partner have asked for! The location is two-five minutes from all major attractions and Sol. Veronica, the night desk employee, is a very sweet woman who went above and beyond to help me out with tourist ideas, restaurants, and more towels after hours. The rooms got cleaned daily, and the hotel has great amenities with a fantastic terrance. Highly recommended. Look for deals on their website and you might get lucky :)

Perfect location, you can walk everywhere! The staff were fantastic, and helpful. The room was small but very nice. Typical of most European hotel rooms. Breakfast had lots of options and delicious fresh fruit.

The room was small but clean. Breakfast was very nice and fresh. And a special mention to Monica for being so helpful to us.
