We tried to use the pool- impossible. Full of screaming , diving children unsupervised. Staff hardly speak English. The guy who looks after the pool was totally overwhelmed and prevented other guests from using the pool while unsupervised children were swimming the for at least one hour ! You should introduce strict children or family hours which most hotels do! As an apology for this whole situation we got a jar of olives. We already had 2 jars of them so we left 3 jars in our room- you can enjoy .
Breakfast- terrible chaotic nightmare . Little room for hundreds of people ! Never seen such chaos, people push one another , there’s no rules. Wild wild country.
Nice service in a restaurant where we were able to enjoy little lunch. And staff were nice in a restaurant. Also good and quick room service .
But in general - never again. Thanks. Adios
