Lovely clean hotel with great service and a 24 hour bar. Good wifi and good Location, walking distance to the Retiro park. Only minor comment is more lighting required in rooms as we had an inside room. Excellent breakfast.

Location is great. Rooms are spacious. But I think they need to train people better how to prepare the beds. The way the pillows and the sheets were laid out- I’m not so sure. Towels and cleaning can be better. Always had to ask for water, and it’s not easy.

But it is what it is, it’s not so bad.

Yuri at the front desk of Novotel Madrid was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile that set the tone for our entire stay. He suggested a trip to toledo and he took care of all the transportation details. One of the best breakfast-experiences I have had in hotel. Great choice of different types of food, a juice bar.
The room was cozy, I like the lightning - usually I prefer more soft light, which creates a cozy atmosphere - it was exactly like this, but also there is an option of a more bright light, if you need to read or work with papers.

The very big minus for me was, that there were no natural light - the window opens into the inner yard, every time I went outside, I was surprised seeing blue sky and sun - being in the room gives a sensation, that it is night all the time..my colleagues, who stayed in other rooms, all of them had the same experience. The street light is missed very much also at the breakfast place, so all the time being at the hotel I felt like I am totally disconnected to the outer world, which maybe will be a plus for some other person..

The isolation in the rooms is good, nothing disturbed me during my stay, although, as I saw at the breakfast, the hotel was full.

The water in the shower is not strong enough.

There is a compliment from the hotel - 2 bottles of water in the fridge.

Also I like, that there is an additional door to the room, so that you are protected even more from the possible noise at the floor.

There is a kettle and a couple of tea bags and a couple of bags of instant coffee, sugar, no cream for the coffee though.

The reading lamp at the table missed one detail, so it was not possible to connect it to the electricity, and it was useless.

The stuff at the reception is friendly.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! We loved it so much that we extended our stay by two nights. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is incredible with a huge variety of fresh food, and the rooftop pool is the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The food at the rooftop bar is top-notch, and the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, with a metro station nearby and plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s only a few stops from Sol, making it easy to get around the city. Highly recommended!

Great little restaurant reasonably priced. My traveling companion Buddy Jesus, turned my water into 🍷 wine and Scotch saving me mucho Dinero. Breakfast buffet wasn't the best that I ever had but for the price of the hotel it satisfied me.

The location is in a great area away from the tourist traps. The staff on reception are exceptional and went above and beyond to help me and my wife with an issue renting a car. Couldn't recommend them more highly

This hotel is greatly located near Calle Goya and Retiro park in Madrid. You are literally steps away from this agitated and fast paced part of the city, within minutes away from shopping, supermarkets, parks, restaurants and bars. This is a large hotel, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, spacious rooms gully equipped with amenities. There is a 24 hour sports lounge offering food and drinks and their breakfast buffet is is humongous, offering everything for every taste. Their staff is very friendly and always eager to help.

Stayed here in Madrid. Clean and modern rooms. They have a pool but it is very small and kids can’t splash around or jump in (adults too!) they have towel service and chairs. The outside area has a decent roof top with some views. Near many restaurants, supermarkets, and taxis. We enjoyed our stay overall.
