Vincci The Mint Hotel

I did a deep research where to stay in Madrid, it was our first time visiting. We just got back and all the positive reviews are true. The hotel is very nice and everything is impeccable and well located. What impressed us the most is that after traveling all night long from Miami they gave us the room way before the check in time. It gave us a chance to shower and rest for a bit. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I would stay there if I go back to Madrid

Great location, good rooms and good food. The breakfast beyond worth it, I’ve never experienced such good breakfast service anywhere in Spain! The staff are also very pleasant!

The hotel is very chic and boutique-like. I recommend for a nice place to stay and the decor and the rooms were amazing. The staff there is very attentive and helped us with everything. 100% recommend if you're staying near the center of Madrid right next to the Grand Via. Breakfast was the highlight of the hotel. They have a rooftop bar where you can enjoy the city lights.

We loved our stay at the Vincci for 3 nights. The location is really great as the gran via gets a little quieter (relatively) at this end of the street.

The front desk staff were super nice during our stay, even helping us call a local restaurant to ask about a reservation modification. They also arranged a surprise snack and note in the room for my wife’s birthday which was super kind.

We were in a tower suite that had a really large terrace and we appreciated having the extra window that this room type afforded. The room itself felt a bit like an apartment which was very welcoming.

The lobby always had water and candy available which was cute and refreshing. My one complaint is that the breakfast was pretty overpriced for the portions and quality of the items I ordered. I had the oatmeal and yogurt with red berries and a coffee. The total was €15 and based on quantity and quality and considering hotel convenience up-charge I think €11 would be a fairer total price as the oatmeal tasted like one-minute oats and the yogurt had maybe 5 tiny berries on it.

All nitpicking aside, we would stay here again for its convenience and cleanliness. We wish there were robes but the complimentary slippers did not go unnoticed :)

This boutique hotel is very charming. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed drinks and tapas at the bar. Their breakfast menu is extensive and made to order. It’s delicious. Their rooms have a great view of the city— and includes a small balcony. Big thanks for the hotel staff—you rock!

Was at Vincci The Mint for one night. Way exceeded expectations. The staff was of the best I've experienced in the world. Super nice. The hotel was clean and paid much attention to detail. Great branding effort. Location was in the heart of everything. Also great price compared to comparable hotels.

It's hard to even write anything negative but just a few small suggestions for management:
1. Place direction signs on each floor toward the elevators. It's not so clear.
2. I'm not much of a minibar fan in general but they can definitely step up this area.
3. Make the shower instructions more clear to shift to the main shower head. Took me a while to figure it out even with the instructions because I didn't notice the "yellow" which was referred to. Maybe it was just my bathroom.

5+ star experience!!!

The rooms could use some rearrangement to make more space by minimising furniture, but the location and staff are excellent.
Good food and great ambience overall.

Sadly, the last night of our European adventure was about to come to an end, but thankfully, our last night was at the Hotel Vincci The Mint. The beds were very comfortable, the heated towel bar was wonderful, and the robes cozy and warm. I wish we had more time to explore the wonderful city of Madrid and spend more time at the hotel. First worth mentioning is the decor of this hotel; it was unique and special, and the staff was amazingly friendly and kind. The city was filled with holiday lights, a nearby Christmas market, and many shopping options. Thank you, Madrid, for a wonderful albeit short adventure.

I’ve stayed here approximately 4 times, all great. The people who work there are wonderful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. The housekeeping is quite good and in general the staff is excellent. Cool rooftop. I definitely recommend strongly. Some of the lower floors can get a lot of street noise. There can be some logistical issues- every time I’ve stayed, they have told me that I’ve consumed something from the minibar at checkout which I never do. they happily remove it. They also have double charged me for a room upgrade, but this was fixed as well. Definitely a great option in the Cheuca/Gran Vía/Centro area
