Staff at check in were very nice and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable.
I left my bags in the room and didn't come back until later. When I went to bed there was a very strong of some kind of deodorizer. The smell was the strongest in the bed. After a few minutes I got a headache. I called downstairs the the night clerk said there was nothing he could do since housekeeping staff had gone home.
The night was awful. I felt sick in the morning. Honestly this experiences was one that I will never stay here again.

We loved it! The rooms were nice, the breakfast was delicious and the location is just amazing. But what took it all to the five star point was on how the staff was with us and with our two doggos. We have stayed in hotels with our two Yorkies many many times, and it is usually ok but you always feel like the dogs are a bit of a problem. Here, MY GOODNESS! They were so kind with the dogs, the hotel is ready for them and they can even come for breakfast with you (no stress for you who don’t like doggos! We were in a different dinning room to the regular guests). At every point in our stay the staff helped us and the dogs feel welcomed and at home. Thanks! We will definitely be back!

Room was not properly cleaned. We found cigarettes in the balcony stuffed in the wall cracks.
Lobby was not organised and empty papper cups were on the main table . Trash can was filled and some of it is on the floor.
The only good thing was the breakfast: many choices and the coffee was good.

I liked the hotel. It is a chain of hotels. There are several of them in this area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only problem with the room is that there is no lock on the bathroom door. The hotel is located on a quiet street. If you are tired of the continental breakfasts of hotels, then on the left when you exit the hotel, around the corner, you can have an inexpensive breakfast with local flavor. There is parking very close to the hotel for 30 € per day. The cheapest parking, 20 minutes' walk from the hotel, near the train station, GARAJE RONDA DE ATOCHA - 13 € per day, but you need to book it online. The hotel is located outside the central area of Madrid, where entry for rented cars is prohibited. It is convenient.

The rooms are spacious and great for my family of five. There’s two twin beds, bunk beds, and a pull out bed which is ample. The room was cleaned each day. However, you can hear every shower, every flush of the toilet, and every noise in the hallway. When traveling and trying to get sleep is paramount, I would not recommend Petit Palace for this reason. Our children and myself were woken up at all hours of the night. The concierge was helpful in getting us a taxi but that’s all they could do. They had very limited knowledge of local restaurants and provided no suggestions. The location is near a large park which is nice for an evening stroll out it is a minimum 25 minute walk to any plazas. We ended up using a taxi because for five people it didn’t make sense to take the metro for time reasons. The breakfast spread is generous and the best thing Petit Palace has going for it. Overall I was not satisfied with Petit Palace and would not stay here again.

Exceptional location, great hotel and service. All Petite Palaces are different in Madrid and some are not good. The Lealtad Hotel is one of the best in Madrid. Customer service by Fatima was excellent

Let’s start with the good stuff: location is great and the hotel is nice. However, it’s not the right value for money, it’s just too expensive for what it delivers.
One thing that surprised me is the complete lack of caring for the environment: the guy at the reception suggested we left the AC on all day while we were out. After a day out, we went back to the hotel and all lights in the room were on. Last, the bathroom had no blinds so lots of light went in in the morning.

I thought this hotel was exceptional and I enjoyed the week I spent there. It is centrally located; a short walk to Retiro Park, the Prado and the subway stop. I would love to stay here again on my future trips to Madrid. All of the staff I encountered were wonderful but a special thanks to Fatima who was kind, helpful and very professional the times I needed help with something. I will definitely be back.

Just stayed there for 2 nights.
First: excellent service! A special thanks for Lauturo, Fatima, Nati and the entire kitchen staff who were always sweet and smiling while accomodating all of our rooms.
The room has beautiful decorations and is very spacious, but maintenance can improve (door handles almost coming off of bathroom door, light fixture falling apart).
Aside from the dated/damaged things in our room, everything was great! Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel! The location was ideal as it was close to everything but not so close that it's noisy (it was very quiet). The room was very clean, the staff nice and helpful, the breakfast had a great selection. Would definitely come back!
