Lovely hotel! Great location! Staff very friendly and attentive and rooms have everything you need and more! We even paid extra for the late check out (6pm) so we could enjoy our last day to the fullest!

We go there because of it's location & was worth it.
Service was almost perfect except Car Charging Stations that don't work & all 4 are always occupied with non elctric cars.
They tried their best to help me charge my car but no success whichever way we tried since companies phone number didn't evn exist to help us.
Also advice to go to their own website to rent rooms since you will get more free stuff, like Parking & Breakfast.

Excellent! The staff at this hotel are the friendliest people that I have ever met. This hotel is super clean and hip. It is very accommodating, and it has so many amenities. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Madrid.

The rooms are really small but manageable. Location is great, close to the train station and the city. The breakfast at Hard Rock isn’t our favorite, I think you can easily find better breakfast elsewhere. It’s either the quality has gone down across the board or just this location.

The staff in the hotel is really nice and helpful. I gave a 4 star because the service at the breakfast bar was poor, and like I said the food isn’t great.

We had a fantastic time during Christmas, thanks to the incredible staff. Special thanks to Angela, the barmaid, for her warm smile, professional service, and amazing cocktails that made our evenings unforgettable. Also, a big thanks to Andrea at reception, who gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to visit, always with a big smile.

Great location if you’re traveling with train. Walking distance to the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms but a bit strange to have the sink outside the toilet with separate shower. Restaurant, bar and pool in the same facility.

Great breakfast and services! Close to Atocha Central Station👍🏻. Agreed if there is slope at the entrance of hotel, that will be great!

We had a nice evening, the food was delicious, the squid ink rice was excellent, small amount but very rich, the burger was great, the sauce and cooking of the meat juicy. beautiful decoration, impressive entrance, as usual, the hard rock is a bit different, the theme is more in line with the Spanish style. very, very friendly and nice staff. Beautiful terrace with a great view of the city.

From the moment you walk in the door, the atmosphere is captivating. The facilities are perfect and the rooms and spaces are beautiful. The restaurant menu is very comprehensive and includes exquisite dishes. Don't miss the rooftop and watch the sun set on it; but above all, it's a gem for the staff, professional and always attentive. Highly recommended. We will repeat

Although the location I think is a bit surprising, it is very close to the Reina Sofia Museum and Atocha Station. Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in. We had a reservation in the restaurant, beautiful decor and great food. Great service. Too bad there were three tables for dinner on a Saturday night... I don't know if it's a lack of advertising but there should be a lot more people there. Then we went up to the terrace and if it was full. Worth a visit.
