The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the old town. The staff was super kind and helpful. The classic beaches are a bit far. The breakfast was really nice, with quite a big selection of warm and cold options as well.

It's sn excellent hotel and it can compete with any hotel anywhere in the world.

We slept here one night between arriving at the Chania airport and transfer to the south and had a perfect accommodation. We slept well (good airco) and had a great and tastefull breakfast. Restaurants and bars literally behind the corner.

A nice little hotel - rooms quite nice and very clean. Lots of extras like air-condition and free Raki! Excellent vegan/vegetarian organic restaurant around the corner. Lots of cafes nearby - frequented mainly by young people. Everything relevant in Chaina within walking distance. Payed less than I would have with online booking.

Great hotel however the area is incredibly boring. Would not recommend for a family. The hotel however is very good. Breakfast is served here. The free wi-fi is very good and the rooms are spacious modern and clean. Would not recommend though solely due to the bad area

Very basic hotel with nice view to the beach and the sea. Elderly hotel keepers are nice. Hotel reception is in the taverna which is overpriced and food is nothing special. Personnel of the taverna are pretty weird and seems that they are drunk every day. Also they are smoking inside the restaurant and in the kitchen. The cocktail bar next door is ok and the personnel there is normal.

All of the rooms has really nice sea view from the balcony which is really nice. The staff of the hotel is very friendly. Location is perfect, only few meters to the beach and just 15 minute walk to the Chania Old Town. The room is really bold but it does the job.

At first - Elena Beach and Elena Selinou are two different hotels. Elena Selinou is located at Selinou street, just 100-150 meters from the beach. Everything, we know it was coming to the end of the season, didn't mind at all. Staff were so welcoming, cleaning lady was great just loved it. Also the food and beer was delicious. Oh and the frappe the best, we won't forget this holiday.

lovely place, with a glorious swimming pool, the staff is superb, ... the only problem was the apartment ... don't get the n.1, because the bedroom tis basically placed almost "into the reception " in front of the courtyard , ground floor , therefore no chance to keep the window open as well as the curtains, it might be a bit noisy during the night ( people and cars which come and go ) walking distance...

Stayed here in 2017 but have a look every time I’m in Chania. The rooms have this insane period wood paneling which is like art. Views of Chania’s Venetian harbor are chefs kiss. Finally the breakfasts are varied, local and and clever

Generally, staff are not on site, nor are they very helpful when you do reach them. Rooms are cleaned sparingly, and not upon request - even though the website says they are. The latching mechanism to our door was also broken, and was never addressed by the maintenance team. Making coming and going from the apartment a challenge itself. The rooms were fine, but staff proved to be a challenge.

We had a wonderful stay in Chania! The location was absolutely perfect with close proximity to lovely bars and restaurants on the Venetian port. A beautifully restored hotel in the middle of the traffic free, old Turkish quarter in the centre of Chania. A family run business where care for guests is the priority. A perfectly equipped apartment located in a quiet district of the city, away from the hustle and bustle, close to the old town. Very polite and helpful owner, very welcoming and obliging. I won't stay anywhere else when I visit Chania! Rena, Socrates, Mado, and Rania have become close friends and I feel like family when I stay with them. I am not alone!
