Friendly staff, clean room, nice pool, a lot of young people , you have luggage room to leave your luggage until your room is ready to check in, billiard table and a nice view from balcony. Really firendly manager that helps you with everything.

We just checked in yesterday evening and were warmly greeted at the lobby. After a long walk, we had a good night rest. Woke up feeling energized. So the beds have passed the test. They have a good basic assortment of basic food for a basic breakfast buffet. What a great place to stay! Price-quality ratio is good! You get what you pay for. I am looking forward to the rest of our stay here.

A very nice hotel, everyone was smiling, the food was fresh and good. The rooms were clean, cleaned every day, nothing to complain about.

We stayed at the Arabella hotel. It was a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. The owners are warm and welcoming. Anything we needed or asked was taking care of straight away. Thank you for a great holiday 😊

Small privately run hotel. If you want a big international plastic place it’s not that. Two daughters of the owner seem to run it and they are great. Nothing is too much trouble. We arrived at 1am to find our room had two double beds and a single. The kids didn’t want to share so the night porter got us another bed at 2am! Rooms are very clean, spacious, cleaned daily, fresh towels. Breakfast is a Greek selection. We really enjoyed staying here.

It is a great hotel, rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, toilet paper, shampoo and towels are also renewed every single day.
Air conditioning works perfectly, beds are really comfortable and last but not least the staff, wonderful, sweet and really super pleasant and helpful.
They can offer you all kinds of activities, from jeep safari to a boat trip, visit a beautiful water park for a day long and many more nice things. They help you to rent a car, scooters, quads etc.
The most important part of the story is that we had a wonderful holiday thanks to Agrabella Hotel and especially (Alexandra&Maria) thank you for everything and see you soon!!!!!

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to!!!
The food and internet are very poor. Food is awfull and the price of air condicion is shameless!!! Also very unprofesional and rude staff.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my enemy! 🙁

First to say, dont come here!
This is the worst hotel in all Hersonissos.
Food is bad, every day same, and taste is awful!!
Internet is so poor and bad, you cant do nothing!

The hotel is ok, situated in a good place so everything you need is reachable on foot. The staff are friendly and polite. We only got breakfast here but it was not to my tastes. The room we stayed in was ECONOMIC, nothing too good or bad. We happened to get a false complaint and it was easily resolved by talking to the owner although I believe they should have first talked to us instead of calling the agency we went with. Overall its fitting for a 3 star hotel.
