Just had 5 nights at this hotel (late October) and it was wonderful. Busy enough to feel part of something, quiet enough so that there were no queues at all for food (which was plentiful, varied and delicious) and plenty of space in every area (poolside, restaurants, etc). Overall it was a good hotel. However , there’s always room for improvements. Such as , why do we need to pay 6 euros for cocktails that aren’t on the cocktail list. At others all inclusive, they never charged me extra for an aperol. Also , why charge 1 euro a day for a pool towel, it’s supposed to be an all inclusive . Lastly, serving cocktails in a paper cup near the pool area is just odd.

We have just arrived home from a wonderful holiday at the Belvedere. We have three teenagers and they all thoroughly enjoyed. Amazing location, breakfast was perfect, the food in general they served was very nice. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned daily. Thalia Hotel is our favourite hotel on Crete. Owners & staff ensure guests have the most wonderful holiday. Location could not be better. Few minutes walk to beach, shops & restaurants. One week Half-Board stay, food pleasant, drinks somewhat lacking (don't ask the bartender to show you his own creations). Old town is very close by and has a good selection of restaurants and basic amenities. Pool ice cold (maybe good or bad) Shower leaked all over floor but otherwise room great and cleaned daily to a high standard. Staff all charming and happy to help

Recently stayed there with my sister. Enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The manager Maria was very accomodating. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Old Hersonissos where there were same amazing tavernas. The dinner buffet was varied and tasty. We enjoyed the Greek dishes included in the menu.
