Great little appartment building that is a perfect base for your trips around the eastern part of the island. Owner is really friendly and makes you really feel welcome. The airconditioning is 7 eur extra per day and it still does not work. Not even water from shop is allowed at the pool. Only pool-bar drinks. Service is friendly and the pool is clean. Beach is very close.

Very nice appartments & rooms are very beautiful. Cleaning every two days including new beddings and towels. A very well located and friendly hotel central for all amenities of the town. Very clean modern room, good wifi. Some excellent bars and restaurants within a short distance. We spent a few days around the pool and the area was spotless. Very reasonable price, and we were able to adjust our stay(due to flight change) without penalty. No fuss. Will definitely return.

Highlights were a very accommodating staff, decent breakfast and nice rooms. The location was alright as well in relation to clubbing. Like the rooms, the pool area was kept tight and neat, but a bit small compared to other hotels.

I've been staying here for two days now and its pretty ok, i complaint i have though, is the fact that in order to turn on the AC, you have to pay the ridiculous price of 45€. This hotel is just amazing. The staff are friendly and makes it easy to see that they focus on the guests. It may be a budget hotel, but you definitely get more service than you pay for. One of the most welcoming and friendly host/staff I have ever seen! During our 7 night stay at Ippoliti village there were no problems and the staff was always asking if everything is okay. What is more, I forgot my watch at our room when we checked-out and the staff went out of their way to help me and send it back to me.

Love Koutolafari Crete . Stunning views from my studio. Owners very hospitable. Cleaners lovely all areas very clean bins,emptied every other day. Clean towels every other day too. Basic as a lot of Greek hotels/apts are.. clean.. staff were ok. Owner(?) is a little aloof. The bar keeper was 'involved' with guests. This I saw firsthand. As did the rest of the hotel. It's a very nice place but the 'self catering rooms' only have weak hobs that take around 1-2 hours just to cook chicken. The owners are also not very nice and are very unorganized with most of their stuff. The food is overpriced too but overall the place is very nice with the brilliant view and nice rooms.

Great welcoming, great staying, sad to leave without being able to say goodbye. The structure, beautiful and tidy, is lead by a family, and the very friendly and easy going attitude really helps to create a relaxed atmosphere. Only 20 minutes by foot from the see. I recommend it now, because I know that in the future it can only get better.

It was a pleasure to be here. My girlfriend and i had a wonderfull time at Dia Apartments. The staff and cleaningservice is very gentle. The apartment was just what we expected. The airco and the beds were good and at night its very quiet. There is also a nice swimming pool.

You should definitely get the air conditioning if you are staying when its warm! ( not super expensive either isnt about 7 per night for a airco that keeps the whole room cool). You have a bar near the pool where you can order food and drinks! Overall its pretty amazing!

Stayed for two weeks in August 2017. Professionally run and with 3 staff and the owners. No moaning about having to reserve a sun bed as people didn't do that horrible thing!!
