DO NOT COME HERE!!! The rooms are filthy, the mattresses and pillows were dirty. The walls are very thin—you can hear everything happening in the other rooms. Our room had a door that led directly into the neighboring room. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the bathroom ventilation. The breakfast was horrible. The food was undercooked and had no taste—luckily, there’s a SPAR nearby where you can buy something to eat. There’s no fridge in the room. If you sleep with the window open, which is necessary in the summer, you can hear the trams from outside quite loudly. The only decent thing is that it’s in a fairly good location. I don’t recommend this place to anyone—look for somewhere else to stay.

Creepy, scary, disgusting. Dirty. No sheets, towels, paper toilet, soap. Broken locks and the carpets had weird stains on them, I can't even imagine what they are. It looks like the Netflix Cecil Hotel in LA could have been filmed there. Just... Don't.

This hotel is an absolute disaster. Although I travel frequently across Europe and stay in simpler or older hotels, I have never encountered anything as filthy as this. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, but here it was completely neglected. The room I received had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The fridge was moldy, the toilet was dirty, and there weren’t even clean towels! The water in the bathroom was dirty and unusable – not even suitable for washing or brushing my teeth! At the reception, the staff was trying to deal with numerous angry guests who were facing the same issue – dirty and unprepared rooms. When I asked for fresh bed sheets, I was given a pile of wrinkled and already dirty sheets! This was downright disgusting and unacceptable. I strongly urge the hotel management to shut down this mess immediately and stop deceiving guests who come to the wonderful city of Budapest expecting at least basic hygiene. To anyone considering this hotel – pick somewhere else. This city deserves better experiences!

I would strongly recommend to search for another hotel, me and my friend stayed here 1 night (we would've stayed 3) and we just decided we need to get out of here now because it's dirty there's mold on the walls, in the bathroom there's spots on the floor, the bed and the wall and it seems like they don't clean this place at all. Don't let the pictures of the hotel fool you because it isn't what it looks like and again I would recommend a different place than this hotel

Close to Trams, Bus and Train Stations just across the street.

Worst experience ever.
Receptionist guy was not welcoming. They didn’t provide towel and when we ask they gave us just one for couple. Toilet Room was dirty. Pillows and bedsheets were obviously not changed or cleaned. It smelled awful.

You’ll get what you paid for if you decided to stay here.

Absolutely fa ke photos. The worst hotel in the world!!! As soon as we entered, we were kicking cigarette butts in the rolling main entrance. Total dirt everywhere, not a single electrical socket worked, so we couldn’t even charge our phones. None of the lights in the room worked. The blankets were thrown in the closet without any sheets. There were no towels in the room, but I was told to pick them up at 9 AM… by the receptionist who was smoking right in front of the hotel, leaning against the wall with his friends, who he then brought into the lobby. I'm away on a business trip for two days now, but when I get back, I’ll report everything to the hygiene station and the relevant authorities to inspect this hotel

The Good: Close to Trams, Bus and Train Stations just across the street.

The Bad: Receptionist guy was not welcoming. Toilet Room was dirty. Pillows and bedsheets were obviously not changed or cleaned. It smelled awful.

You’ll get what you paid for if you decided to stay here. Cheap Hotel in the city center

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and being a frequent traveller I’ve stayed in a lot. The lady at the front desk was unwelcoming and careless. She sits with her legs up on the desk scrolling on her phone and doesn’t even acknowledge anyone walking in or out. It’s extremely unprofessional. The rooms were disgusting, we had no towels on arrival, a squished bug on the wall, the toilet bowl was stained black and smelt terrible and the shower leaves the floor soaking wet. Along with this, there was no AC just a fan which blew hot air around the room and stains all over the carpet. TV was broken and no mini fridge. Complete false advertisement and charging way too much. DO NOT COME HERE!!

The pictures on this site of the Hotel must be very old. It feels as if its closing down and has Zombie like feeling. Do not go by the stock photos, they are very misleading. There is no - AC, it's there but does not work, you can beg for a fan. There is no - Housekeeping, they may come around in 2/3 days and only empty the bin. Your room will get in desperate need of a clean. There is no - Restaurant or bar, all closed and in darkness, so no breakfast etc No Hygiene - The toilet was dirty and the fridge had various sticky substances all over it. Also they plugged it in so it would turn off when you left the room. However, there is a plug behind wired to stay on all the time, try to find that. Don't walk on the carpet in bare feet. Your towels are handed to you at reception. And never changed. I did have toilet paper. Staff look like and dress like some random people of the street who really are not interested. Good location for transport and it's cheap. Best of luck

No AC, TV doesnt Work ( they did not pay for cable, so its useless ) , no cleaning, small rooms. The bathroom was allright but you get handed one towel at the reception and when we asked for anything normal ( extra towels, toilet paper ) they adressed us in a mocking fashion ( also there was no soap, only shower gel , but this was the least of the problems) The price on the booking site included breakfast, when we arrived they told us we have to pay extra ( but i have never seen the cafeteria open once during our stay). For this price ( around 70 euros/ night ) this place is absolutely not worth it.
