Very practical hotel for business trips especially if you are engaged i
With events in the HungExpo. Some rooms are renovated and very fresh. Renovation is running and I believe it will be completed by March 2025. Don’t expect fancy room service. Food is great in the main restaurant

Really poor experience at this hotel. We waited for 20mins for breakfast and saw people sitting on the floor or standing while eating their food. People were yelling and screaming at each other, and I waited in line for 15mins just to get a cup of coffee… I would have skipped breakfast but there is no coffee machine or water heater in the room. They do have plenty of mosquito though. Happy that I’m checking out and heading to the Párisi in a few minutes. Not coming back again.

Friendly staff, good and tasty breakfast. Maybe far from the city centre but taxis are cheap. I would recommend going to this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel on my last day in Budapest. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The water is hot with good pressure. I feel the rooms are catered to the business type, where you come and stay for a couple of days or even a night then get out. My room had a couch and coffee table which is good if I was doing business and needed to do some work.

The only thing I didn't like was that my room had a kettle to boil water but I couldn't use it because I would blow out the fuse. Tried it once and had to go downstairs to reset the fuse.

I had a great stay at Expo Congress Hotel. It's a solid four-star option with elegant rooms, good amenities, and a convenient location near Hungexpo. Despite ongoing renovations, my experience was pleasant. Ideal for a quick and comfortable stay in Budapest.

Recommended only if you participate in an HungExpo exhibition nearby or have business in close area. The city center distance is about 30 minutes away with bus & metro. Nice clean rooms with great view from upper floors, the breakfast was decent, nothing too fancy but I had everything I needed with choices.

A comfy hotel with clean, decent size rooms. Helpful, english speaking staff. Plenty of parking spaces.
The hotel is next to Hungexpo, and located about 30mins from Papp Laszlo Arena. The closest subway station is about 25 mins walk from the hotel.
During our stay one of the elevators was not working as expected, however they said they will fix it soon.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had the worst experience of my life. I was trapped in the elevator with four other people for around 40 minutes. No one could help us open the door. To make matters worse, the elevator lost power completely, and even the fan wasn’t working. It was a nightmare. No manager or responsible personnel showed up to assist us. This place is an absolute disaster.

Big hotel, plenty of rooms and parking positions.
Location is not so convenient, when you have a car this is not a problem.
It provide Very good Breakfast, you have many different choices for foods.
The Service is good, their staff are very helpful.
