The Hoxton Hotel

Absolutely loved our stay at The Hoxton. The staff were absolutely amazing, so sweet and thoughtful. They remembered our child's name and treated her with the utmost kindness. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the food and cocktails were delicious too. It was a bit out of the main attractions of the city, but super close to the serene Villa Borghese. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Lastly, I never once saw the cleaning staff for the rooms anywhere, but our room was always made up perfectly every day we were gone.

We had an exceptional stay in the hoxton hotel and dining experience thanks to our waiters (Alessanrdo Ricciotti and Mustafa) , who served as if they owned the hotel and the restaurant. From the moment we were seated, they greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Their knowledge of the hotel and menu was impressive; they effortlessly guided us through the specials and made thoughtful recommendations based on our tastes and likes.

What truly stood out was their attention to detail. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensuring our glasses were always full and our plates were perfectly timed. Their passion for the guests and the restaurant was evident, and it created an inviting atmosphere that made us feel special.

Not only was the service impeccable, but they also took the time to engage with us in a big generous smile , sharing stories about the hotel, dishes and the inspiration behind them. It felt personal and made our stay memorable.

This beautiful trendy hotel is outside of the busy tourist area. We loved everything about it. The rooms were clean, the service was amazing. Most of all, the atmosphere in the lobby was so chill and fun.

I rated this structure as excellent for the services it offers and, above all, for the transparency of prices and staff. I recommend trying a coffee or something to eat

Perfect stay. New hotel with beautiful decoration and furniture. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The restaurant and bar have a terrace and offer delicious aperitifs and cocktails. The breakfast was also very good

Without a doubt the best value for money in Rome. A truly stunning authentic area. Very well thought out common areas (great terrace). Very nice room with exceptional bathroom. And finally impeccable service that made us feel at home.

The Hoxton offers a lot of comforts of “home” for US/UK travelers, but is not convenient for sightseeing. It was very very far from all attractions and transportation, and the reception did offer to call us a taxi but the security at the front of the building gave our cab away to the first person who came outside although we had a ticket for it. It feels better suited for a business traveler than for tourism. The rooms are beautiful but not spacious, however the bathrooms are very nice for a small historic city (particularly the showers) and the AC worked wonderfully. There is absolutely no storage for luggage which ruins the beauty of the rooms sadly. The food we had was fine, not great. The drink menu was varied in terms of price and options, which was great. For room service, the prices seemed not to match the menus provided which was concerning. I found it odd that there were no bellhops to assist with bags. Overall, this was a comfortable stay.

I stayed at The Hoxton, Rome for eight nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, especially the bartenders Francesca and Lorenzo. They were super nice and of course made nice drinks. Stopping by the bar every night escalated the whole experience!

What a lovely hotel, beautiful room with art deco style. Super air conditioning, which was so welcome given the heat wave. I would highly recommend the hotel, only disappointment was the restaurant there
