Hotel d'Este

Super Close to the Termini. I made a last minute booking due to flight cancellations and it was cheap and easy to book. I was greeted kindly, the staff speak fluent English and are so friendly. Gianni was very helpful and showed me good places to eat and offered water. The room was small but comfortable and clean and everything is well kept! They do ask for a city tax in cash so visit an atm before hand.

Great Hotel! Very good location in the city, super nice staff, really helpful and welcoming. The room always well cleaned, the breakfast complete and healthy.

Definitely would recommend and I will come back here again!

I was very satisfied with Hotel D'este, they had a very warm and friendly welcome and it was also very clean. All the staff were kind and Simone was very kind, thank you for a nice stay for us. We will stay at this hotel again on our next trip.

This hotel was such a marvellous experience, we had a lot of fun and there were no complications with our rooms. The service was great and the breakfast-buffet was a blessing for our stomachs. There was endless food from we think 8-11a.m. and they served us as much orange juice as we could ask for. We were four people in our rooms and the best thing about our room was the balcony. Although it was not the biggest we had ever seen, there was enough space for most of us and we could just sit on the balcony and relax while enjoying the beatiful sunsets over rome. The hotel is in an exraordinary area (in a good way), because it was very quiet and not as crowded as some other places. Another great plus-point for this hotel was the wonderful connection to the public networks. The only negative point we have experienced were slight problems whilst on the streets after a certain time, but that is not really a problem of the hotel, but of rome itself. We therefor advise you to, firstly, try to avoid quiet side alleys and the area around the roma termini after 22:00. Another great extra for this hotel is its proximity to the santa maria maggiore, a basilica well worth a visit and only about two minutes away.

Wow this Hotel surprised me with everything! So many nice things I have seen. Hotel is in the middle of the city centre perfect location! The showers are dirty as hell, the bed smells and the people that work here are awful! But a 10/10 hotel!

All staffs were so kind. They cleaned my room properly.
As other people said, you shouldn’t expect breakfast.
Shower often change the temperature automatically (super cold to super hot)

Even in the late evening hours, the receptionist was very nice and could book us rooms last minute. The rooms were clean and tidy and had air conditioning, everything was nice and quiet. I can really recommend this hotel!

Nice friendly staff. Rooms are tidied and cleaned each day. We enjoy walking so it was a great place to be and we got to cover a lot of ground in all directions and you discover some lovely less seen places that are not on the tourist maps. The area is safe and with a family with two young children we never felt in any danger.
