Brilliant breakfasts, staff service, friendliness and cleanliness.
Would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a high quality hotel with very easy walking access to central Rome.
- closeby to Vatican City within 15/20 minutes walking distance.
- there was a lovely food market not far from the hotel.

The not a good.
- pool is advertised in the features section however this is not the case all year round but only from June 1st onwards so our party we’re not happy about this as we chose this hotel based on the fact it had a pool.
- playground isn’t featured on site but is a 7 minute walk in the middle of a busy road.
- our room was a good size however there was dirt in the bath with long dark hair wrapped around the plug hole. This was enough for me to not want to shower and I asked my partner to remove this with a tissue but totally unhygienic.
- billiards was display only.
- staff in reception were not the most friendly so we didn’t feel like we could ask what we needed to.
Would not return we paid £340pp and I don’t think it is worth it. If you have children this isn’t the easiest hotel to commute to trevi or colloseo we used taxi service to get to these locations and walked everywhere else.
Also the "fitness center" is a joke. All the equipment is old and dangerous.
The decor is a bit dated and needs some refurbishment, especially the shower cubicles as ours had a build up of limescale on the rubbers turning them a browny yellow, the location put us outside the main area of Rome by 3.5 km, the metro station being a 15 min walk away, the walls were paper thin, we could hear the neighbours peeing and what their conversations were about, we even heard them zipping their suitcases up, we asked for a twin room and ended up with a double, didn’t really see a lot of the staff as we were out for most of the day so can’t really comment on that, breakfast was ok not a bad selection
