Extraordinary service and very attentive staff. Everyone is so nice and go out of their way to get to know you and make your stay special. I was shocked they would greet you by name when you walk out the door.

Accommodations are comfy and modern. No exceptional views, but rooms have good AC and nice beds.

1930s lounge was excellent for breakfast each day.

Location was okay, around all the other hotels. It’s kinda a tourist hot spot, but I didn’t take a cab the whole time and just walked Vatican, Forum, Colosseo and trastevere. It’s just however much walking you’re prepared to do.

What a fabulous stay my wife and I had there recently. Spent a total of 9 nights there and was impressed every single day. The best part was the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make the stay unforgettable. Buffet breakfast was perfect and the location could not have been better, close to metro and bus stops. Highly recommend this hotel!
Booked into a junior suite and there was more than enough room for both of us. Plus, double sinks in the bathroom were helpful

Almost everything was great. Upon check in, the staff welcomed us and took care of everything. They walked us to our room and explained the various perks of the room. The room was comfortable and clean; however, it was facing an alley where trash was stored. It seemed every night from 2130-0100 the trash was being collected...very loud and made it hard to sleep during those hours. The breakfast buffet was great with a vast variety of food items. One of our days eating breakfast the scrambled eggs were extremely soupy and no one was eating them. Room service was also excellent. We ordered lasagna, pasta Bolognese and chicken and fries. All was great. Overall, a great experience with a few minor issues that can be overlooked for what we received.

My family and I just recently returned form our trip to Italy where we stayed at the Aleph in Rome. The service at this hotel is amazing! Everyone treated us so nicely and made sure we had everything we needed. I wish I could name everyone personally because truly everyone we encountered was great! We were traveling with my two kids as well and the staff was always so sweet with them! Even before our arrival, the staff helped us with our stroller rental needs.

The rooms are very nice and clean and the turn down service is fantastic!

The location of the hotel is also very nice because you are walking distance to the city center but it is quiet at night.

Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was fabulous. In terms of amenities, the hotel has more of a boutique style. The gym and the spa (which has a hammam!) are small but of exceptional quality. The breakfast can get a bit crowded and the quality can be improved. The rooftop pool was not open during our stay.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I checked in, I encountered nothing but courtesy and accommodation from the staff. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I was delighted to receive an upgrade and complimentary breakfast. The buffet, though not extensive, impressed me with its high quality. For those who, like me, value quality over quantity, it is sure to satisfy any craving. Having stayed also at the Waldorf Astoria Cavalieri, I can confidently say I prefer this hotel, especially given its fantastic location.

The service at this hotel is top-notch. The reception staff is welcoming, the concierge service is exceptional, and the restaurant staff is attentive. The food is delicious, whether from the restaurant or through room service. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, conveniently close to all the major attractions. A fantastic stay overall

The hotel is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful and very welcoming. I honestly think my few days break in Rome. Was excellent. Because the hotel was very nice. I definitely would recommend this place for a visit

From the moment we stepped inside the lobby of this wonderful hotel the staff made us feel welcomed. From the doorman to the front desk everyone was super friendly. Our room was ready early which was a surprise considering we were there three hours before check in. Our room was spacious (room 200) and comfortable for three adults. You felt like you were home. Everything worked in the room as well. Very modern hotel. the location was amazing as well. Located on a quite side street but still close enough to walk to major attractions and close to the metro and shopping. The Trevi fountain was in walking distance. Big shout out to Carla at the front desk. Our tour to the coliseum was canceled three times due to over booking at the coliseum. I called the front desk and told her what was happening and she was able to get us on a better tour for the same day. Truly went above and beyond to make this happen for us. The pool on the roof top was great as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel, I recommend for any one want a great and romantic hotel. I love it and they upgrade our suite to the biggest one. and the service is great and the room service is fantastic the women in the night shift is so sweet and helpful I wish to know her name to thank her. For sure when I visit Rome again I will stay in it.
