Go up to an almost empty patio then after twenty minutes I still had nobody taking our order. Two groups of four seated before us also left. Plenty of other great bars with views, do not waste your time. .
The room was well-appointed with great amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What truly stood out, however, was the incredible support I received when my wife suddenly fell ill. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, promptly referring us to a nearby hospital and providing continuous care throughout.
A special thanks to the front office team, the concierge, and especially the Guest Experience Manager, Raffaella, whose kindness and professionalism made a difficult situation much more manageable. Their genuine care and attentiveness truly made our stay memorable.
I highly recommend W Hotel Rome for anyone seeking not only comfort and convenience but also exceptional hospitality.
