Claudio went above and beyond to make our experience and last night dinner even more wonderful and Teja and Myles served our breakfast with a smile that made our days even more special.

We recently stayed at W Rome for six nights over Christmas, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. As Marriott Bonvoy members who have enjoyed W Hotels around the world, we chose this hotel for its central location and were not disappointed.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Jennifer assisted us with our reservation and even upgraded our room before our arrival. Upon check-in, Giulia welcomed us warmly and professionally, setting a fantastic first impression for our stay.

Our room was everything we expected from the W brand - new, clean, and stylishly furnished with modern fixtures. The electronics were impressive, featuring a large flat-screen TV with wireless connectivity for all streaming devices (except Apple stream). The complimentary coffee and high-quality coffee machine were much appreciated.

The concierge team, particularly Flaviano and Danilo, made our trip truly special. Their helpfulness and excellent recommendations enhanced our stay significantly. We loved being able to connect with them via WhatsApp, and their ability to secure last-minute reservations at fully booked restaurants made us feel like VIPs.

Breakfast at the hotel was a delight. Teja, who served us most mornings, was friendly and attentive, making each day start on a positive note. We also enjoyed our conversations with the F&B manager, who ensured everything was perfect.

The fitness center at W Rome is the best we've encountered in any hotel worldwide. The facilities are top-notch, and the videos we've posted speak for themselves.

Oh, I do love a good W hotel and this one is fantastic! It delivers the expected W vibe, has great décor, upbeat music and an upscale experience. We loved everything about the hotel! We booked a "Fantastic" (yes, that's how they've named it - and it lived up to its name) with a King bed and balcony and it was spacious and lovely. The marble bathroom was very large, with an amazing shower! The air conditioning was truly blissful! Hotel staff were all very welcoming and responsive - we truly felt at home. Good location - convenient to restaurants and felt very safe. I highly recommend this hotel!

We were just in Rome in August and stayed there for two nights before heading to Sorrento! This hotel was amazing! We were greeted immediately and were given a place to store our luggage while we explored and our room would be ready. The room was lovely. We had a king bed and a patio with table and chairs and garden. Everything we needed was in the washroom and of high quality. The breakfast buffet and menu were wonderful and there were many healthy choices as well as sweet treats. The rooftop pool was a little small for all of the people there at the time but the service was amazing up there as well. The pizza in the rooftop restaurant was the best pizza we have ever had. Apparently it rates 3rd in all of Rome. The crust is light and delicious. We also ate one night for dinner in the dining room and the food was delicious. We found the location was perfect and we were able to walk to all of the sights we wanted to see before we left Rome. Would choose this hotel again!

Our recent stay at W Rome was great. Guest experience manager Raffaella went out of her way to accommodate our needs and kept our stay more memorable. We requested for room upgrade but she couldn't do it as the hotel was full however they brought a nice surprise dinner instead. Best location if you to walk around Rome.

What a lovely hotel. Beautiful, centrally located with a fabulous, friendly and creative team. Food is ridiculously good. Scrumptious breakfast, insanely delicious pizza on the roof and always amazing coffee made our stay extra special. Room is beautiful but definitely on the small side. Would have been nice to have two sinks and a little more room but a minor complaint in an otherwise great stay. Will absolutely be back.

W Rome is an excellent luxury hotel. The rooms are your typical European size. Just enough to move around the bed but the room is comfortable. The bed is comfortable too. The bathrooms are more generous is space.

The staff are great and accommodating. They have a great selection of food for breakfast although it is a little pricey. The gym is pretty good too.

The only issue I would raise is that it can get loud outside from events happening in the surrounding area. This isn’t every night but given its location it can be expected.

Great hotel in the heart of Rome, within a 10 minute walk to the Spanish steps. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, quiet location. Really pleasant and helpful staff. The breakfast staff is so cheerful - it's a great way to start your day. The breakfast selections are yummy. Really enjoyed our 3 day stay here.
