Truly a hidden gem!

Pros: Central location close to Colosseum / Roma Termini. Wifi worked great. Quiet street, and a little courtyard to relax in. Super clean rooms. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was included. Based on some of these reviews, I had pretty low expectations going in, but I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! It was an incredible place for the price.

Cons: Mattress was a bit hard, and like most of the Italian hotels, it's actually two twins pushed together, so that wasn't super comfy, but I just slept with another layer of blanket underneath me and was totally fine.

Loaction is pretty well, but rooms is very old. They have some smell and food is very bad. Even if tea is bad.

It is outside of ZTL zone, so we arrived there buy car. Also there was a paid parking place at 50 meters. Hotel was very close to metro, but we mostly walked, 10 minutes to Coliseum. Sadly there are no much options in breakfast menu. Bathroom also not so modern looking.

The room and service were satisfactory, though the space was a bit small. However, the location is convenient, close to the city center, with bus stops and a metro station just 2-4 minutes away. One thing that bothered me was the guest policy. The receptionist claimed it was an Italian law that guests must be registered in the room to enter the hotel, but after doing some research, I found this information to be false. It felt like they were just trying to make my guest pay for an extra room, which came across as a bit of a scam.

My hotel room was kinda small. As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by my bed. The Tv is tiny, the bathroom was a good size. The everyday breakfast wasn't nothing great. The great parts are close to the Colosseum and other historical buildings and places to eat. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very good experience for our first time in this hotel and not the last i hope. The staff are perfect, very welcoming thank you to all for that :) the hotel is very next to almost every beautiful monument of Rome. I recommend for sure !

Be sure you know what you want. This is not a luxury hotel. But it is a clean, comfortable local pensione with lots of charm. Rooms are small but well maintained. Rooms on the front of the hotel are very noisy from people in the street until 2am. If quiet is important ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Very convenient to everything, including Termini train station just 10 minutes walk. Coliseum, Forum, Palatine Hill, Vittorio Immanuel monument less than 20 minutes walk. Amazing restaurants nearby.

Location is great, service is ok,but the room is Tribble, washroom has no fan and is not convenient.
Wifi is very week and hard to connect.

Typical Italian hotel. The price is reasonable but you'd probably get more for it at an Airbnb. The breakfast was sugar filled but okay.
My room smelled a bit funny, but the employees were mostly nice and the reception is open 24/7.

The hotel was generally silent, but I'd say that depends on your neighbours. I could definitely hear my neighbours conversations and phonecalls.

Great localisation! The room was very nice, clean, and with a hairdryer :) I loved croissants for breakfast. People who work there were very nice, helpful, and professional. I will definitely recommend that, and if I'll be back in Rome, I will be back in the same hotel for 100%.
