I really enjoyed my stay here. All the staff - from front desk to restaurant to custodians- were pleasant and tried really hard to please. There is an adorable dog. The room was comfortable, the breakfast is great and the location very convenient. The balcony is too small to really enjoy but other than that, the place is great. Really nice art with “don’t touch” signs on it!

Reference is polite and speaks perfect English grandfather (Manager) at the reception, courteous bellboy. The room was clean, spacious enough, the gear is fine, the window quietly.
When booking on the booking money and take off immediately (!), we take a Deposit of 1000 baht.
Location for tourists is perfect - from the airport metro ride costs 40 baht to go from/to the station for exactly 3 minutes.
For one or two nights before departure from Bangkok, this is perfect.

My 2nd time stay in this hotel. It is right smack in pratunam market. Is a simple apartment and there is a massage parlour at level 1 . Behind is the airport express Ratchaprapo stn.

Clean, functional, cool, quiet, firm bed. Shortcut to Baiyoke Sky is opposite the building. Avoid the tempting food stall in front. There is no price. Massage and restaurant connected to hotel. WiFi though was unreliable. Buy an Internet sim card to use instead.

Relatively cheap when booked via agoda. Hotel is clean, affordable and very close by pratunam fashion mall.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, unfortunately there were Chinese guests who were extremely loud slamming doors yelling and being so obnoxious until 12 am and again at 6am.
Staff did not help they said this is a hotel and we have Chinese tourist this is not a home !!!!!!!!!!!
Room smelled bad we had no tissu paper they put toilet paper in the room to use. There were ants on the table Just so bad overall stay ! Never wrote a bad review ever but for this place I just had to .will never recommend this place ever .

worst hotel experience ever . Our condominium was flooded with water so we had to look for hotel. We found KC(hell) Place So much noise started as we got to the room late check in around 8pm , i went to the reception to complain and they say my only choice is to move up one floor but i will have to pay extra 300bht ,so i agreed to pay but then around 5am the entire floor start to chake and doors start to slammed from cleaning services and guest . This hotel is a disaster. My advice is stay away . staff are very rude and the will tell you that is not you're home while they spoused to make it feel like home .

Extremely convenient for buget traveller to Bangkok. Access by Airportlink train from Suvanaphume airport to Ratchaparok station, then 5 minutes walk. Located in central Bangkok with major shopping complexes, street stalls, and nightlife close by. It's a safe place to rest for the night and not costly.

The first impression when I entered the room, is the cleanliness. The room is well lid, bed is clean, toilet and everything. We arrived at 8pm local time, but the surrounding is very convenient. 5mins walk we reached a eating place with very nice chicken rice, with night market for shopping along the way. Highly recommended.
