bed broke and they tried making us pay for it

Friendly staff but that's about the only good thing about this hotel no water heater for the tea and coffee that they offer, no safe box to keep belongings, all in all, I payed for 5 nights but ended up only staying one night because I really didn't enjoy my stay, no room service and they couldn't even get us water, I don't understand how this hotel has 4 stars, barely deserves a 3.

It is located far from pablic traffic and play spots , rooms atmospherics are laud and stuff is not paying attention to big voice speaking chinese.

The hotel is good, quite affordable, just do not allow indoor Smoking a bit to accept can not. But this is all the local rules, well, get used to it.
