Just stayed here for a weekend Bangkok trip. Lovely staff and service, special mention to Com, the guy at the breakfast buffet! They were all incredibly accommodating. They had nice facilities and our room was very spacious and clean. Their food was also really good. Such a great location too :))

One of the worst hotel to stay in Bangkok.
The rooms are outdated and needs renovation. I faced multiple issues with access Key, every time i exit my room i had to visit the front desk to reactivate my access key.
Lifts are busy all the time and majority of them are out of order.
Bed sheets and towels are old and stained.
They expect you to keep the entire room clean prior your check-out.
They even charged me THB 600 stating that the bed sheets are dirty.
Not recommended at all. Below average place.

Good location but very bad service. Hotel management service is extremely low and they are not compromising. We booked room for 5 people but there was no bed for the 5th person. When we asked them they charged us extra for that.
The lift stopped several times and we couldnt activate the alarm either. The crew didnt do anything when we complained about it. There were several guests who experienced the same.
The restaurant at the pool side was good with good food and great service, esp by Five and company.

I booked a room with a balcony outside of my room so that I can smoke. You're not allowed to smoke even when outside on your own balcony.
The bed in the room is very comfy but the curtains let all the light through so you can't sleep. What kind of hotel room has curtains like this?

We stayed here for the last 3 nights and it's a lovely clean hotel. Our deluxe apartment with high view had a large balcony and floor to ceiling fantastic city views. Very spacious and comfortable and had everything we wanted. Very helpful staff and allowed a late checkout for a very reasonable fee. Lovely pool and breakfast was also very good with very attentive staff. Totally recommend 👍👍

Soi Convent, located opposite direction, has lots of good street foods also nice restaurant. Go through this road to access BTS and Silom road. Both side of hotel also good Thai restaurants and cafe.

Nice pool. There is jacuzzi in the dressing room, a bit old.

The hotel is good value for money. Service is not so good, and leaves a lot to be desired. The bar/restaurant is very nice, but you are not able to bill back to your room which means paying at every visit. There is no reason even if no interface that this could not be achieved. In general the hotel rooms are clean, but has their share of creepy crawlies. In need of a refurbishment.

Poor service. Reception staff badly trained. Assistant manager only on on call poorly trained don't think he has ever had hotel training at all
