Quiet area of the coast of Patong, the centre of the resort can be reached in 10-15 minutes. Good service, spacious comfortable rooms, a Playground and a children's menu in the restaurant. For a comfortable family vacation.

Location: 45 km from airport, just across the promenade from the sea, in the southern part of Patong beach.
Consists of four 4-storey buildings.
The hotel has 141 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 300 m.

The hotel is in a great location, it is right on patong beach, 10 minute walk from the party strip. Food is not great in the hotel and service can be extremely slow even though it is not busy. The rooms are very outdated and need an upgrade, its is advertised as a 4 star however it is more like a 3 star, also the hotel is very quiet so if you like to party this is not the place for you.

Stayed here for 6 nights- great hotel for the price and location- opposite beach front with sea views and much appreciated breeze from most rooms. 15 minute walk along beach to the busy/noisy centre of town, good food choices around Malin plaza/street that leads to mall. The hotel is quiet, can’t hear any late night music. 2 decent sized swimming pools - families mostly used the long rectangular, adults/couples using the more quiet circular. Good breakfast with choices learning to western type bacon, eggs, French toast, fresh fruit and decent coffee machines. The place has a bar and restaurant but didn’t use these services. Staff are present, casual and helpful. Rooms are big and a little basic, all with bath and balcony, strong wifi, cleaned daily. Using Indrive app..2-300 bht to Kata or Surin. Weighing up cost, locations and services would happily choose Seaview again

I spent my holiday here with my friends during 19-22/07/24.
Pros:
1. Staff: Funny, enthusiastic and responsible in their positions. Can feel they're doing their best as they could. RESPECT to the Seaview Patong Hotel staffs! (Frontdesk, Restaurant)
2. Great food quality-breakfast time. Delicious, healthy and hygienic. Many kinds of food to choose and eat(Around 10types min).

Had booked a superior room with balcony but apparently they didn't have it available and now we had to adjust 5 rooms on the 4th floor with a small window which was a joke. I felt cheated when the staff just said "they are the same view only floor difference" if I am paying for something give me that or refund me the price. 2nd and 3rd floor are good with balcony but beware you get beach view and not side view which stares into a wall. Breakfast is decent and very limited options for vegetarians. Even after telling them I had food allergies from certain products they barely gave any attention and said "its okay"

Decent hotel, great location with a great view, rooms were a little dated but had the best Aircon, fresh bottled water was given daily as were toothbrushes and toothpaste, shower caps, gel and shampoo also were complimentary, the safe was free to use and rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was nice and plenty to choose from. The 3 pools were all lovely and had no opening or closing times or any lifeguards which was nice to be able to have an evening swim. I would return to this hotel

Nice and quiet hotel at the corner fronting Patong beach. We had a room on the ground floor facing the pool and the restaurant, the room was well air conditioned and the humidity is causing the wall and aircon vent dripping. Breakfast was good, you can sit as t the table with a good view by the beach. If you rent motorbike, the hotel provided parking space. Check in and check out was a breeze!

The rooms are a bit rustic and slightly run down, however it’s an amazing hotel. They provide you with water, towels and toiletries. The rooms are very clean but a bit old. Breakfast is quite westernised, but delicious nonetheless. The pools are beautifully clean and the whole place is decorated very nicely.

Just returned from 2 weeks here, this hotel needs an up date, we were in 305, good size room but it's looking tired now, although the bathroom was on the small side shower gel, shampoo/conditioner hand wash an moisturiser, toothbrush and paste were provided. The pool was a great size enough sunbeds pool towels provided. There is a bar but it closes at 10pm ,the breakfast was good. The position of the hotel was good at the quieter end of patong beach would come back again

Pool is fantastic for kids and adults. It has 2 different depth sections. Beach is not the best in front of the hotel, but 2-300 meters to the north is good.
