Hotel location is super close to Sultanahmet Mosque, took us 3 mins to reach. Breakfast was good, just needed to select whatever you want in the menu. However, housekeeping staff was too hardworking and turned my room around on the 2nd day; my cables were all unplugged and rolled and all my belongings were placed at a corner. They also forgotten to replace the bath mat after changing the used towels. Overall still a good experience.
A special thanks to Cemil at the reception—his assistance resolved an issue I had caused myself in the most perfect way.
If I ever return to Istanbul, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to stay here again. Highly recommended!
The hotel staff speaks english well. Easy to communicate. Authentic Turkish breakfast. The view from the restaurant is Amazing…… both day and night. Free drinks at fridge bar.
