Marmara Palace is a good hotel, but the food was not up to the expected standard. It was not varied enough, and the quality was below expectations. I hope this aspect will be improved in the future.
I would like to thank Mr. Houcine for his kindness and excellent service. He was professional and very helpful. On the other hand, Mr. Mohamed was not at the same level of professionalism. His behavior was inappropriate, and he was not as cooperative as expected. I hope the service improves in the future.

I'd stay here for my Istanbul vacation. Breakfast was delicious and employees was so helpful. The location was the best one, near to Marmaray, metro and McDonalds. Some services was free, love it!

Rooms are fine...only problem is need to take stairs to reach lobby .it will be hard if you have heavy luggage with you.. location is fine because of near by metro and transport..

The manager of the SPA told us we can use the Hamman and Sauna only during the day, not at nights.

Very disappointed!! Dont spend your money on this. Very old staff in the rooms . Heating not working. I complained to reception they didn't bother didn't care. Housekeeping is a total joke. We went to spa 🤣 same was a joke. The ladys were playing on their phones. Didn't bother themselves. The sauna was close at 7-8pm.

Great location, with public transportation you’re at all famous places in no time. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Food is OK.

The place is normal, metro and tram are nearby. As for the hotel, instead of a deluxe room, they let me into an economy room, the room was dirty, the glasses needed to be washed... The next day, they moved me back to the economy room, but in a better one, the cleaner didn't clean the room until I begged, I'm not a quarrelsome person, but they brought me to a room full of dust. Cleanliness 0. Breakfast ok, also positives: they have good employees in the reservation, they have a nice terrace with a beautiful view.

Everyone from the restaurant staff
Older gentlemen that serves me in the morning at breakfast helped me with coffee and lovely female that is there at night time at the restaurant area that gives me cigaret when I needed one
Especially Mehmet akuran also umut at the front desk he helped me with a cord converter Becouse I completely forgot Turkey has diffrent plugs then Canada he helped and I will be returning Becouse of these people even on the downstairs the spa are the gentlemen that works there and his 2 female colleagues Everyone that works downstairs is splendid thank you for having me.
( I don’t think I will come back if you change ur staff) and for all the reviews that say it smells like cigarets why would u stay in this hotel If you don’t smoke Becouse if you do smoke. This place is a vibe . Don’t forget about the hardest worked in the hotel the housekeeping staff kept my room clean and didn’t even touch a sock that was on the ground but she touched the things that were dirty and I think that’s what anyone asks for when staying some where. Give this hotel a try
