Pera Tulip Hotel

Its 2 stars hotel that the best describe, reception staff were very good specially mr. burak, room very tight, AC not that strong and disconnect after sleeping, no glass cups, bathroom also tight and small, walls have humidity yellow spots, breakfast very basic but nice you set and they will bring you a plate with pieces of cheese and egg and other stuff and finally location is very good.

Anyone who wants to waste their money can go.
A truly awful hotel.
Staff is not good.
You cannot use the pool, sauna, or Turkish bath.
They talk nicely at the entrance, after they get your money, everything goes bad.

I booked this hotel online because of some good reviews but honestly I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel does not look like the pictures posted at all, my room was horrible to the point where I couldn't even stay there for one night. The room doesn't have enough lighting and the sink to wash ur face is in the room therefore there's no actual bathroom. The staff was nice and friendly but the room sucked. Please think twice before u book this hotel

The hotel looks fine, nice facilities like swimming pool, little gym, sauna etc. The room was very small and you could always smell the sewer in the bathroom. But I'm mostly not happy about how a staffmember treated me. I asked them to send my housekey to my friend in Amsterdam for an emergency. They told me they would pick it up the same day and delivered the next day (Friday). But instead of that they picked it up on Friday and delivered it on Monday. I payed 209 Lira for that...

When I asked information about it the woman was pretty rude and not helpful at all. That had probably to do with one of my friend who broke a door but that had nothing to do with me, cause I was not even there when that happened. She rudely said maybe i should kick my own door (I send the key because my cats needed food/water).. She didn't gave me any more information and said stupid things like "well.. this is Turkye..) I came back later and I asked again for more information. Because I asked for it, she gave me the info for the tracking system and checked it. The girl who helped me on Thursday for sending the key forgot to write my name, only of my friend in Amsterdam. Thats why they didn't contacted me before about it, although I did gave my email on that Thursday later on. So there was always a way to look my name up on the computer or send me an email to tell me that the key wouldn't be delivered on time. None of that was done.

I even gave the girl on Thursday 20 Lira tips for helping me but also that doesn't say anything anymore. So, the place looks fine, friendly staff but if you really need something they are not willing to help. Such a shame
