The breakfast is below the expectation with lots of flys in the place. As well as the rooms are not good at all. The wash room is always smiling and part of the shower stuff is broken. No shampoo or toothbrush is not available. Room service staff are very noisy in the morning and they don't clean properly. Towels are very old and smiling very bad. Staff is not well educated and trained how to deal with customers. I will never recommend it to any one and I have informed most of my friends about it.

The rooms quality are very bad and the breakfast so dirty and a lot of mosquito and no respect from the staff, when I call reception no answer the call, cleaning room not clean the floor, no drop area for the guest and the not keep the, Towels are worn out and torn.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel so much. I came with my family for a 3-night vacation and after a terrible story with other hotels, I think that here I found 'home'. The staff is magnificent. When I say magnificent, I say also that they are so human and friendly giving you the feeling of being home. I want to speak about the girl at the reception, she was great for helping us. The manager also was a great guy. I want to mention here that Albanian roots guys were wonderful. I find here the opportunity to greet them all with respect from Albania.

One of the best hotels during my stay in Istanbul. The location is great with very close to Galataport. The rooms and toilets were super clean. The staff were great and I had a great time here with a wonderful view.

Wonderful location. Clean hotel. The only bad things I had were the noises at 8 o'clock in the morning every day, that the hotel housekeeping were talking and opening and closing the doors in the corridor and the refrigerator light very strong in the room. because of these two things, I couldn't sleep well.

I would rate 4 Nidya Hotel based on the rooms, the TV remote has a problem, the washroom tap water has a problem, limited food options, and must add more cuisine.
Service I liked which was good but had some English communication gap but it is manageable.
For the location, I gave 5. The hotel is just in the front of cruise Terminal.
At the overall, it is a good place to stay and a friendly environment.
This Hotel also provides SPA services and, terrace restaurant that looks amazing and can see the amazing view of the Bosporus Strait. Two cats are awalays there on the terrace 😀

Good hotel. A Great location in front of Galataport shopping centre. Walking distance to all important points and to the Istanbul Tram. The welcoming and the attention of the staff members was amazing and excellent specially Baykal, Sadiq, Murad, and Sude they always answered our doubts, solved our problems and gave us very good recommendations.

. the good things in this hotel is Mr. AYOUB from reception and the location .. everything else is very very bad. We couldn’t sleep that tonighs

The room is not really clean and the furnishings are dilapidated. The room services is none. about the terrace we waited for a full hour, but we did not find anyone to serve us. Unfortunately, everything is bad. one guy from The reception asks us every day to move to another room and tells us the reason is that there is other guest who need it .

for 8 years this is my favorite hotel in istanbul. I feel at home there , helpful people work there and the location is very good . really convenient to get to all interesting places in istanbul. Opposite is Galata port .. a great place that is guarded, has restaurants and shops. very convenient to return to the hotel late. It's always a great lunch there too.
