I had an excellent experience at the Four Points Kağıthane.
During a layover between flights, this hotel proved perfect for catching up on sleep and freshening up.
From the tastefully designed lobby to the spacious room, the hotel was both stylish, and exceptionally comfortable - exactly the quality you’d expect from Sheraton.
The staff offered a warm welcome to Istanbul and went above and beyond with their friendly service. I’d certainly choose to stay here again!

Staying here felt like floating on a luxury cloud—the room was huge, spotless, and totally Sheraton-style!
But food was another story... it just didn’t hit the spot.
Burak told me about Amala Joint, an African food delivery service in Istanbul. I ordered Egusi and poundo and white rice and chicken. The food was amazing—a perfect taste of home, right here in Istanbul.

Sheraton is a class hotel, cosy and clean, new and comfortable. Restaurant and lobby are beautiful and designed well. Would definitely come again in case.

Burak and Bilal and multiple other staff were extremely helpful and insightful of where to go for good food and drinks. They were extremely nice and didn't hesitate to make our stay that much better! The staff alone is definitely worth every penny. I will say that the Pizza here isn't good at all, but besides that it's a great hotel
